Ultimate shoulder rides

Hello, so I'm 18 and I live in South East England and soon enough I feel like I'll probably get into Shoulder Riding when I get the chance, but I want to keep it a closeted activity of mine. Any advice for who I should meet to get one? Personally, I feel like going to a concert or a festival is perhaps my best bet at getting a Shoulder Ride since I feel as though it would be more natural and I wouldn't be looked at weirdly for getting one.

Note: I'm between 5'3 and 5'4 and my body strength is pretty bad, so I'm only going to be a rider, sorry to anyone who was hoping to get a ride. Also for me Shoulder/Piggyback Riding isn't a sexual thing, just a fun thing that I would like to do.
