This opens the possibility of increased pirating against power and wealthy people with high priced powerful attorneys. On the other hand, most of our pictures and videos are publicity samples anyway and these people may want to work out terms for increased publicity. I still want to see Pamela Anderson or Loni Anderson on shoulders if such pictures or videos truly exist.
