For those of you who travel internationally for meets, how do you usually manage your phone connection and internet on the spot? Being able to check maps, message each other in real-time, and share live locations in crowded parks or venues is pretty essential when you're meeting someone in an unfamiliar place.
Rather than paying crazy roaming fees or trying to find a local SIM card shop on arrival, I find travel eSIMs super convenient. To avoid overpaying, I usually use an eSIM comparison platform like esimplanet  to compare available plans and providers for the destination country before leaving. That way, data is active right upon landing.
What do you guys usually do when traveling abroad for meetups? Do you compare and buy travel eSIMs beforehand, get a physical SIM on-site, or just rely on public Wi-Fi?
