Love your latest two 3/4 high pictures from the lake Vaggelli. One is in big resolution size, but the other is tiny but they are from the same picture set. Any reason for that?

Hey Scotty,
Yea,I know I would get your attention with these 3 highs,or any for that matter..One of the pics were large..however,it seems the other photo they had taken was so small..
I have had some success over the last couple of weeks finding photos each and every day it seems..The summer search does the trick...We will find photos in summer,that we would not be able to find in pool or beach...Very interesting..However,most of the pics that I am finding are not new,and are from the year 2004 to around 2007 durring my beach and summer search on webshots...Speaking of webshots,we have much more photos from them this year ,than we did last year...Not exactly the amount we had per day between the years 2003 to 2006,but still much improved since 2007..I have put up a lot of new pics from them..It's always a bonus for us if webshots starts getting the photos and members back...I wonder if 1 million photos per day is just a fantasy or a reality in the not so distant future..Hmm..

as you know,and as you all know,I probably tell everyone that I search and search and search for everything..the thing that scares me though with the members on here..I feel almost all just uses a serch term for shoulders or chicken fights..yes I know most do not have the time to be on the computer,and use other different search terms..If not for me putting up these photos(all new by the way)each and every day,this group would not be putting up that many photos..Yes,gunde did put up tons and tons of pics the last couple of days..however,if I recall,many of them I have seen on here and all his photos are by the use of search term chicken fights or shoulders..the majority for sure..
You can claim his photos are from other sources,but I highly dought that..as with most of the members putting up pics..I'm not been mean or anything,I am just stating facts...

Everybody is doing a terrific job in here, so please don't single out anyone for attention regarding picture postings. We know many are only using common search terms only, whilst others go to a bit more trouble - but that is the nature of a far-flung community of users in here that are scattered around the world. We must appreciate the diversity and that applies to picture postings as well. Even if posters only post 1 new picture for every 10 that were already posted that is better than none and none. I like all of the regular and consistent contributors we have in here no matter how many pictures they post that I have already seen and I cannot be seen to be discouraging anyone at all. Contributors are just too valuable to lose in a group of this nature. There is not one user in here that only posts repeats - everyone has put up a picture at some time or another that none of us will have seen - so that in itself makes everything worthwhile.
Keep up the great work by the way. There are so many pictures to be found still - and not just new ones from the current summer. I have found a few from summers gone by just through perservering and wading through millions of pictures from the various photo sharing sites.
I managed to locate that picture series from the lake you found with the 3 high by the way. The 2nd picture IS available in high resolution so I will post it now. Great work to find the site by the way. There are millions of images in peoples blog websites and the like which are waiting to be discovered. A shoulder ride is a bit like a needle in a haystack though. I really like that picture set (taken at a reservoir in Madison, Mississippi, by the way) as it shows the preparation for the 3-high with the younger girl around 11-12 sitting on her teenage sisters shoulders waiting in excited anticipation for the father to dive underneath and lift them both up, then the end result of the 3-high tower, then a 2nd tower erected in competition just for a bit of fun. The father is showing real strength to haul the girls clean out of the water with great balance - so cute and makes a great picture.

We two will never be the best of friends, but still I too have to compliment you on your efforts to find pics. In my opinion, we have had a fine amount of member participation here lately. The discussions about shoulder riding could be a bit more lively of course. I´ll try to be a bit more active in that section during my summer vacation. Everybody just keep on posting please!
A few points:
1) I´m sorry, but a few of the pool pics (not many) can already be found in our archive.
2) Oops! I did it again...! I´m only posting the newest pics here if I search using words like "shoulder" and "chicken fight". After all, someone has to search using those words and as all members don´t care to post mow, mom or wow pics, I do it. The majority of the pics I post nowadays are not found by the search terms already mentioned. I do use the term "piggyback" a lot as I collect that kind of pics as well. Today I posted several pics of a man carrying different ladies. You can´t find those using any of the tags mentioned here.
3) I don´t exactly understand, what you mean by this, but if you think, that I´m posting pics found on this forum intentionally a second time, you couldn´t be more wrong! What on earth would be the point of that?
I will one day post pics I have cut out from newspapers and magazines during the years. I´ll have to scan them first, so it might take a lot of time before I get to actually post them, but one day I will.

1-4. Couldn´t have said this better myself. I totally agree with Scotty!
5. Exactly! A lot of hidden treasures to be found on these sites! I know of a Finnish site with shoulder riding pics, but you can´t download from that site and that is tearing me apart.
PS. A big thank you to Paulusgenius for the last pic you posted in wow bonus album. The pic saved my day!

I only used you as an example cause you were actually the last member to had posted photos just before me at that time..If it was another member at that time,I would have used his name also..so please don't take this personally..
I've said this before,some of your photos are excellent and I have never seen them before..But others,I feel I have..that is all,no harm done..
