I want to start contributing here but don't know best site/search term,
for eg what key words did you use to get those pics and was it webshots>

Sorry for the late answer but i was very busy and i didn't see your message!
your message is dated 2007-06-20, i found these photos on Webshots but i don't remember the keywords i used exactly!
You can use Webshots,Flickr, photobucket etc but you can find others photos sites with Google
For the keywords you can use obviously shoulders, Chicken fights etc.. but the majority of interesting and new pics result from others tags like beach, summer, fun, crazy, pool, party, concert, springbreak etc but the problem is that necessite long time!
I would say two words: patience and luck
