Well, the easiest way is to simply ask your wife or girlfriend or sister to do it for you. If she's not willing or there are no women in your life at the moment, then pay a girl to do it. You can get many things you want in life for a little money.
It's probably more fun to get someone at a parade or concert or in a pool to do it with you, but it's more challenging.
And if you want to do it as a lifestyle, train to become a professional dancer or water skier or circus performer. But this takes a level of commitment beyond most fetishists.

Why don't you write in common chat, ask are there any women who like to ride on man's shoulders? Write your e-mail box so women can write you personality. In my case that has worked, one woman reply in my question and next summer she will ride on my shoulders ;-)

First search for a place, where often girls come along. Could be a park (walking etc.) e.g.
Then look if there is something worthy to be photographed and try to look for a photo that can only be taken, if smd. sits on your shoulders. Could be a statue or something. Then wait for a girl and just ask her to help you to get this photo.
I once asked a girl to help me taking a photo of a street-sign, what I needed for a description (I really did 
).
She was wondering why lifting her up would help but she sat on my shoulders.
To make it short: Best way is a "sorry, could you help me for a minute, I would like to take a photo, but I am too small."
At your home it is even easier, just put something on a shelf that is absolutely important for you and ask a girl to help you.
