It looks like the base’s right hand slipped, and the flyer raised her legs too high and flew too far back. I’m not too sure, since I’m a layman with this particular mounting technique. Is my interpretation correct, or am I missing something? Was it the base’s mistake, the flyer’s mistake, or both? What were their mistakes, and how could they improve and do it correctly?
