Second thing: I wonder why we always try to regulate something that is not really possible to regulate.

There is millions of other things to do than trying to set up rules for pictures that can be posted and can't be posted.
Face the fact that the other pictures will be posted in any way, regardless if set up rules (that will be ignored) or not.
The only thing that will happen is a mulit-weekly discussion on things I am not really longer willing to discuss.
