It is not purely picture postings that define whether a person is suitable to be an administrator or not - the judgement about Gunde was made on a number of criteria and I am supportive of Nick's decision. You have the right to disagree, but I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with this posting.

You could have easily been an administrator yourself long ago given your contributions for a long time now -  but in the end ultimately you have "shot yourself in the foot" - no-one else did it for you, you did it yourself.

Judging by your latest comments, you seem to have a desire to get booted from the group for some reason but I don't know why at all. You are a tireless picture searcher and you are one of the best & biggest contributors here as well - I know I cannot talk as my contributions have not been much over the past 12 months at all - but the volume of pictures you place here does not exceed what many others are also finding and placing in here - believe me - no individual is bigger than this group and that applies to me, Nick or anyone else. "Finding" pictures on the Internet also does not denote any kind of "ownership" at all - in fact many people in those pictures would be none too pleased to know they have been posted here at all. Anonymity and discreetness is most important with regards to this group. If someone finds the same picture on a site which you found originally last year, well who cares anyway? As we told you before, picture repeats are unavoidable.

Vaggelli - I do not wish to remove your membership here and no-one else wants to either - you are a hard worker when it comes to searching for pictures and we always appreciate your work, but I am not sure what your latest posting is on about. Did you want to become an administrator yourself? I personally believe your time is best spent doing what you currently do - searching for pictures. Does it really matter that we appointed Gunde to help with administration work.

I think I need to get into posting more pictures myself to the group to have something more positive for us to talk about. I intend to do this over the Easter break for sure.

Vageli is starting to sound like he can't get off the topic of accusing/attacking members of the group.  I said I would counter these rants, so here we go!

   This is yet another attack.   Last month, you accused me of "just reposting" your pictures in a similar manner to your new rant against gunde.   I challenged you to proved "proof" for 3 of the photos....   you did not!      Maybe you forgot?     ok..   here is a reprint of the earlier request.

There is an easy way to prove that Vageli is simply trying to discourage others from posting      pictures.   
Vageli - If you claim that ... "pics today were repeats..all of them..the reason is,I put these pics up l last year.." (Which I know is not true) then you should be able to IDENTIFY THE SOURCE for some of the pictures.

Go to WOW; see the three pictures that I (Bert) posted recently.   The one with a girl shoulder-riding another with the top girl wearing a white top/black skirt and the lower girl wearing black top/black skirt.

What is the source? 
Hint – I picked this picture specifically for you to identify because you complained about one of my other posts from a similar type of lift site that you did not approve of.
Show us the proof!  What is the origin of the picture?

Also, you could not possibly have previously posted the other two WOW pictures before because they were not originally “pictures”.  I used video capture to compile those (multi-part) pictures from 2 different lift & carry videos.

Besides, it DOESN'T MATTER IF AN OCCASIONAL PICTURE IS REPOSTED.   The “delete picture” option is always available to the group owners if they recognize the duplicate.     

Please stop the discouraging rants.   Do what you do best, and post pictures!  You will receive great adoration from this group.   The greatest contribution that you can do for this group is to post any shoulder rides that you find, even if it is a style that you don't personally like."

Don't get me wrong..there are quite a bit of photos that gunde put up recently..

Call me crazy or not..Many of the photos that he put were my photos from last year or so...

These photos that I PUT cannot be found from a search of (shoulders) or (chicken fights)...These photos could only be found searching hundreds and thousands of pages per day of summer and pool and beach..I DOUGHT HE searches the way I do to have found these pics..Now,I am not saying all his photos..I said some of the photos..Forget about another guy on here asking me to PROVE MY PHOTOS as where I found them..I don't need to prove anything as I am the only one who searches..

What Gunde did was actually just find my photos that I had from this group a year ago,and keeps on putting them back in the club..

So Nick,I do not agree with your choice..If HE HAD original photos,than I would also say great job..But the bottom line is that HE never had any new photo of his own....

I was away for spring and didn´t notice this message until last Monday. First I thought that I wouldn´t answer it, but perhaps a short answer is in order.

Vageli, you have the right to disagree and you have the right to express your feelings. You can also critize me and my doings as much as you like. By accepting the appointment to admin, I gave you that right. I know from my experience in other forums that I administrate, that you never can please everyone.

What you shouldn´t do, is to show complete disrespect to all other members and their efforts to contribute to this community. You do this by stating, that you are the only one who searches. Do you really think so?

About my way of searching. I do not search hundreds and thousands of pages. I don´t have the time to do that and I feel really sorry for you, if you have to search that much to find pictures of shoulder riding. I have never done any searching using the words summer and beach. I have sometimes search with the words "pool party" or "pool fun". I hardly ever search with English words. I know several languages, so I do my searching using other languages than English.

You also say, that I just repost photos that you have found and that I have never had any new photo of my own. I hope, that other members feel differently. Otherwise someone had most likely already made this point...
