It can be downloaded OK, but what file type will run it?. Windows Media does not recognise this file type.

Hello, Scotty:
My Windows Media Player played the video but only after asking if I wanted to use an available "extension" that I clicked on.
My Windows Media Player was recently downloaded some updated CODEC from a technical support representative in India. I am using a laptop from Dell computers so I used their technical support after being referred to Dell from the technical support representative at Microsoft. So you may wish to first consult with Technical Support at Microsoft and see if they will download some updated CODECs for you.
Media Player Classic's video player also played the video for me.
Real Media Player would not play the video for me. Even after it searched the web it said there was no update for Real Player.
Best of luck to you.

If you can't see the clip you only must extent the file name with ".avi" at the end.
