I don't ride on girls shoulders at this time but I think the rider appears to have good seat. She's sitting centered with the carrier's head somewhat down and her bottom supported.
Also, riding bare legged is a good idea whenever it's practical to do so.
Bare thighs grip the carrier's neck better when the rider needs to adjust or stabilize herself.

I right because rider's crotch is on top or mare's nape (neck) and rider's thigh are controlling mare's head.
Mare is also in the correct position, humbled looking down (cannot look straight ahead) and head lowered for rider to ride comfortably on her neck.
Rider has bigger breasts, wider hips and thicker thighs, I guess rider weighs more than mare.

The rider's feet are behind the mare's ass, so the rider does not lose balance, likewise the rider seems taller than the mare.

Well I didn't understand that what you find incorrect in this.
If you are saying that the girl is riding rudely on another girl then I don't think that nothing is wrong in this as during a shoulder ride a carriers acceptance is most important and it's not possible that the carrier is doing all this without accepting. As she already know that it will give her much effort still she is ready to do it is not wrong.
If you have any more points then you can surely tell
Hello Carrier boy
Thank you very much for your comments.
First of all I share everything you say ... maybe I misstated my question ... I mean the way of riding, between the shoulders and the neck ... in this same forum it has been commented that there is a position for riders to ride between the neck, the nape and the shoulders ... which is more comfortable for the rider ... The photos reflect well that way of riding? ... This is how it should be when the rider rides his horse in this way ?

Her sitting position is absolutely correct and perfect.
Her crotch is correctly pressed on his neck.
Her thighs have his neck in good grip.
Her legs are in a reasonable position along at the side of his body.
Only her spine should be more upright for having a better balance on him.

The nape must get pressed down and carry the weight of the rider.
The thighs must keep the neck in a tight grip.
And then the carrier has to obey to the aid of the thighs and the aid of the riders weight.
The riding girl is sitting perfectly.
A carrier must get used to this kind of movement.
As the weight of the rider is pressing down the nape the head is also pressed down and the sight of the carrier is limited to the ground.
So the carrier has to wait and rely on the aid given by the weight and thighs of his rider.

Okay dude u understood what you want to say. I have seen both the pictures while the girl rides boy and also girl. In both the pictures the position of the girl is not wrong as it's correct position also she has tucked her legs on the back which makes it pretty comfortable for her to balance.
BTW in the girl riding boy pictures the girl is looking pretty taller and heavier than the boy he has pretty impressive strength good pictures

I just share a video in this link

If you look at shoulderriding part, you will perceive the mare's face looks at the ground and a female rider rides on the nape and neck of her.
