A nice clip! It was an apple eating contest where the girls sat on their male partners' shoulders and attempted to eat apples which were hanging down on stings without using their hands.

I got to see season 13 episode 19 finally. It was a contest where the females contestants rode on the males' shoulders, who were blindfolded. There were alphabet letters scattered on the ground, and the males had to squat down so the girls would be able to pick them up. Each guy had to squat down a number of times to collect the letters to eventually spell out English words on a big board. There were four couples in the game.

I am still searching for 13/3 and 13/5.

Is this a popular TV show in India?

In Germany you can see the videos! Sometimes without sound, but the shoulder rides can be seen clearly!
