The bride

Luciana

Luciana M.L., 22 years old, 165 cm or 5'5", 52 kg or 115 lbs., is the type of young woman whose mere presence creates a pause in the atmosphere. At 22, she is at that age where youth merges with emotional maturity. Her body is harmonious and proportionate: neither fragile nor exaggerated, but simply balanced, with a natural feminine shape that moves with grace and confidence.

Her last name, M., is known in her community as synonymous with good manners, respect, and humility. And Luciana honors that legacy with her kind demeanor, her willingness to learn and teach, and her firm yet sweet way of relating to others.

Despite her physical beauty, what truly leaves an impression on those who meet her is her way of looking, listening, and smiling. Luciana doesn't boast or seek to stand out, but she inevitably shines.

Luciana, the young bride, is the very image of freshness and harmony. Of medium height and shape Slender, her proportions are marked by the natural grace of a self-confident young woman. Her waist was delicately narrow, framing soft, feminine hips that gave her an elegant, almost ethereal gait, as if she were floating among those present. Her breasts were generous, and her thighs were thick and strong.

Her face, with fine features and smooth skin, has a particular glow when she smiles, as if her every gesture lit up the room. Her eyes, large and expressive, seem to say more than her words could contain. There is sweetness in her gaze, but also intelligence and character. Her hair falls in soft waves, arranged simply, revealing a delicate neck that culminates in soft shoulders, covered by the light fabric of her wedding dress.

Luciana doesn't need to raise her voice or demand attention; her mere presence brings it with her. Wherever she goes, glances follow her, not out of desire, but out of respect. She inspires in men a mixture of admiration and tenderness, and in A sense of confidence and charm permeates the ladies.

She maintains an upright posture, not out of vanity, but because her soul is held firmly in the saddle. When she climbs into the saddle, or when she speaks serenely, she radiates a calm dignity that many recognize as a sign of premature maturity.

For those who know her best, her beauty lies not only in her shape and curves, but in her ability to make those at her side feel good. Luciana doesn't impose, but she influences. She doesn't command, but everyone wants to please her.

And perhaps that's why, when her godfather kneels before her or when her boyfriend looks down at her with a devoted smile, no one finds it strange, but rather deeply moving.

Luciana appears with a firm, self-assured stride, and all eyes are immediately on her. She wears a riding habit suited to her youthful and bold style, which combines tradition, sensuality, and character.

Her tight-fitting white cropped top shows off her generous breasts and reveals her flat abdomen. Dark brown, tanned by the valley sun. The cut of the top highlights her shape without being excessive, and the lace trim suggests a delicate refinement. A beige cowboy hat draped over her shoulders shades her face, projecting an air of mystery and natural dominance.

The light blue jean shorts, frayed at the edges, hug her firm, defined hips, revealing her long legs and shapely thighs, true pillars of her stride. The texture of the denim, contrasting with her tan skin, effortlessly captures attention.

But what is most striking are her high-heeled brown leather boots with spurs that reach just to her knees. Every step on the ground sounds like a statement: she is present, elegant, free, and powerful. The boots, in addition to stylizing her shape, convey dominance, determination, and uncompromising femininity.

Completing the ensemble, dark sunglasses hide the exact expression of her eyes, although her half-smile—serene, Insinuating and confident—said much more than any glance could reveal.

Luciana doesn't disguise herself as a rider: she is a rider in her own right, and her outfit is not just clothing, but a statement. In that perfect blend of youth, beauty, and attitude, it was clear why she inspired respect and admiration wherever she went.

Re: The bride

Riding Don Eduardo

Luciana, 22, arrived at the home of Mr. Eduardo, a 75-year-old man of medium height with a leisurely gait, with completely gray hair, neatly combed back. His face, furrowed by noble wrinkles, reflects a life of service and wisdom. His eyes, still lively, convey serenity and firmness. He dresses modestly: a light linen shirt, well-ironed dark pants, and carefully polished shoes. Despite his age, he maintains an upright posture and admirable strength, the product of years of active work in the community. Beyond his physical appearance, it is his spirit that keeps him strong: his vocation to serve and his deep faith.

Don Eduardo is respected in the town for his experience organizing community events. Luciana went to coordinate details for a parish charity event. The sky was clear, and the midday sun beat down strongly, projecting his silhouette onto the cobblestone garden path.

Luciana was dressed in her signature riding attire: a white cropped top, blue jean shorts, brown knee-high boots with spurs, a cowboy hat, and dark sunglasses. The contrast between her youthful, determined shape and the solemnity of the place was striking, but no one dared question it: her presence inspired respect.

"Thank you for receiving me, Don Eduardo," Luciana said with a friendly smile.

"The honor is mine, Miss Luciana," he replied, bowing slightly.

They began walking through the garden to inspect the event space. But after just a few steps, Don Eduardo, with a courteous and somewhat solemn gesture, bent down and offered his back.

When Don Eduardo offers to drive Luciana, he does so not out of weakness or submission, but out of a conscious desire to honor her virtue, recognizing her leadership without feeling diminished. His act is a symbol of wisdom that does not compete with youth, but rather elevates it.

Luciana, naturally and elegantly, accepted the show of respect. With a graceful gait, she climbed atop him. Her boots settled smoothly and securely behind Don Eduardo's back, and as he stood up, she straightened her back, riding on manly shoulders with her hands resting on his thighs, her hat slightly tilted, her bearing impeccable.

"Is that okay?" Don Eduardo asked, seemingly effortlessly, holding her like someone carrying a promise.

"Perfect," she said. "Walk!"

While he was mounted, advancing carefully and with dignity along the path, Luciana indicated in a soft voice the places where they could set up awnings, tables, and decorations. Her words were clear, her tone firm but respectful. From high above, she calmly directed the coordination, as if her symbolic height gave her a better view.

Those who watched them pass by from the gate couldn't tell if it was a tradition, an allegory, or an act of devotion. But they all agreed on one thing: she radiated a leadership that needed no explanation, and he, wisely, humbly acknowledged it.

As they reached the end of the route, Luciana stepped down carefully, placed her hand on Don Eduardo's shoulder, and said warmly:
"Thank you for taking me. You are an example of what it means to accompany with respect and love."

He smiled and replied:
"You remind me that even in my years, there are paths worth serving."

Re: The bride

Visit to the Church

Luciana arrived at the porch where Don Eduardo, sitting in his wooden chair, was sipping a hot infusion while observing the quiet bustle of the neighborhood. His face lit up when he saw her approaching. She was wearing her casual riding attire: short jeans, a white tank top, high-heeled brown boots, and the cowboy hat that always accentuated her imposing yet friendly presence.
"Don Eduardo," she said with a warm smile, "I have to go to church to make arrangements for my wedding. Could you give me a ride?"

The old man carefully placed the cup on the table beside her, and his eyes lit up with a mixture of tenderness and respect.
"Of course, daughter," he replied with a slight bow, "I always have strength for you. Let's go."

He stood at attention, offering his back to her. She, with grace and lightness, climbed on top of him as so often in the town's traditions, not with arrogance but with mutual trust. Don Eduardo led her slowly but surely through the cobblestone streets toward the church, while she elegantly greeted those who passed by, some of whom smiled at this scene that united generations, respect, and affection.

From a window, an elderly woman murmured:
"How lucky Don Eduardo is to still be carrying a young woman like Luciana..."
"And how lucky Luciana is," another added, "to have someone like him."

Both rider and mount advanced under the warm morning sun, in a gesture that reflected tradition, affection, and trust at the same time.

When they arrived at the church, Father Ignacio was standing at the door, reviewing some papers under the shade of a large tree. When he looked up, his eyes met the image of Luciana perched on Don Eduardo's shoulders, he walking with a serene demeanor and a firm gaze.

He smiled with a mixture of surprise and appreciation. He approached calmly, and when he stood before them, he placed a hand on Don Eduardo's shoulder and said with genuine admiration:
"You are admirable, Don Eduardo."
"Allow me to replace you, and I'll make the arrangements with Luciana."

Don Eduardo stopped, looked up, and asked in a calm voice:
"What does the young lady say?"

Luciana looked at Father Ignacio and then gracefully stepped down. Her boots touched the ground gracefully, and as she turned, she smiled tenderly at the old man:
"Thank you, Don Eduardo. You carried me with dignity."

He nodded, and before leaving, he kissed her hand as a gesture of respect, then gave Father Ignacio a look of approval.
"Take care of her for me, Father. She is worth more than she weighs."

"That's guaranteed," the priest replied with a friendly smile.

Luciana adjusted her hat and walked with Father Ignacio toward the parish hall, ready for the arrangements for her upcoming wedding. Meanwhile, Don Eduardo sat on a bench under the tree, his expression calm, like someone who knew he had fulfilled his role with honor.

After completing the arrangements with Father Ignacio, Luciana left the parish hall with a slow and serene gait. The afternoon sun cast a warm light that enhanced the shine of her high boots and the elegant movement of her hair under her hat.

Don Eduardo was waiting for her outside, standing with a patient and affectionate expression. Upon seeing her, he straightened slightly and smiled discreetly.
"Ready, miss?" he asked in a calm but firm voice.

Luciana nodded and, with a gentle gesture, placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Will you take me back, Don Eduardo?"

"With pleasure. Accompanying you is an honor."

He bent down, and with a now familiar coordination between them, she climbed in with ease. Once upright over him, Luciana placed her hands elegantly on his thighs, maintaining her balance with her characteristic grace.

The two began their return journey with a firm and calm step. Along the way, some people greeted them respectfully, acknowledging the mutual trust and affection that united the young bride and the elderly gentleman.

"Thank you for waiting for me, Don Eduardo," she said warmly.

"You're not just worth the wait, Miss Luciana. You give it meaning," he responded with restrained tenderness.

And so, as dusk gently fell over the town, they walked away, leaving behind a picture of respect, devotion, and mutual care that many would remember with admiration.

Re: The bride

The Encounter – The Rider and the Priest (1)

The next day, the sound of spurs echoed through the plaza. Father Ignacio looked up, and his heart leaped as he recognized the one approaching with a firm and elegant demeanor:

Luciana, the young bride of 22 years, rode majestically, sitting astride the saddle and stepping in the stirrups. She was riding on Don Eduardo, a mature and respected man of 75 years, who now, with total dedication and dignity, served as Luciana's human steed.

Luciana was impeccable and striking: Her elegant, fitted riding habit highlighted her narrow waist, wide hips, and long legs. Her high, shiny black leather boots hugged her thighs, topped with silver spurs that clinked with her every movement. The whip rested on her right thigh, ready to set the pace or direction, while she held the reins with ease and confidence. Her face, serene and haughty, was adorned with a confident smile, while her eyes shone behind her sunglasses.

Don Eduardo advanced with his head lowered, concentrating on holding her precisely, ensuring her comfort and poise.

Luciana, upon reaching the side door of the church, tugged on the reins and applied a touch of the spurs. Don Eduardo stopped gently and lowered his head slightly.

With absolute elegance, Luciana dismounted and tied Don Eduardo's reins to a low stone column, leaving her mount anchored because it is her royal steed.

Father Ignacio, who never took his eyes off her, took a deep breath and asked respectfully, "Will Don Eduardo not enter?" Luciana, with overwhelming ease, slid the whip gently over his thigh as she replied:
"Father... animals don't enter the church, and Don Eduardo is my horse." Her eyes flashed behind her glasses. "Now it's your turn to be ridden by me."

The priest understood immediately. Without another word, as if it were a gesture he had always learned, he knelt in silence, placed his hands on the ground, and offered his back to her with total dignity.

Luciana smiled slightly. She stepped forward, precisely adjusted the saddle, tightened the girth, and placed the stirrups on either side of the priest.
Then, with fluid and graceful movements, she climbed onto the priest's back, fitted her boots into the stirrups, and Luciana climbed onto the priest's back. She placed a bit in his mouth, fastened the bridle straps, and grabbed the reins inserted into the bridle that the priest himself was wearing. And, with a small twist of her boots, making her spurs click, she gave the order:
"Inside."

Father Ignacio stood up, head high but back bowed, and began to advance with a firm and dignified stride toward the interior of the temple, while Luciana rode on his shoulders.

Luciana, riding perfectly, upright, confident, guided her mount with absolute elegance, creaking the reins and letting the whip hit the priest, setting the rhythm.

While the priest was being ridden by Luciana, he thought:
"I've known her for about 15 years... and ever since... she's a magnificent rider. There is no one who can equal her... nor should anyone. She is... superior."

The doors of the temple opened softly, letting in the golden light of the sunset. The sound of spurs echoed through the church, accompanied by the creak of the reins and the light rustle of the saddle leather.

Luciana rode down the center aisle, elevated, majestic, riding perfectly atop Father Ignacio's shoulders. Her shape, silhouetted against the light from the stained-glass windows, was the very image of authority, devotion, and grace.

On both sides of the aisle, the empty pews seemed to surrender to Luciana's presence. Her high boots rested firmly in the stirrups, the riding crop swung gently in her right hand, and the reins were firmly gripped, marking every direction and every pause.

As she reached the altar, Luciana gave a tug on the reins and a touch of her spurs. The priest gently knelt, lowering his head, remaining perfectly still beneath her.

Without dismounting, Luciana, from on high, brought her hands to her chest, joined her palms, lowered her head, and closed her eyes. With her back straight and her elegance intact, she slowly crossed herself:
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit... Amen."

The image was sublime: a lady atop her mount, in deep prayer, elevated, her face serene and devout, while her human mount—a priest—remained absolutely still, submissive, and grateful beneath her.

The silence inside the church was absolute. Only the priest's slow breathing could be heard. His head bowed, his eyes closed, and his body perfectly steady, he inwardly expressed his gratitude for the blessing of being of use to Luciana... an angel on Earth.

Luciana remained like that for several minutes, without moving, without dismounting, deeply focused on her prayer.

When she finished, she crossed herself again with the same solemnity.

Then, she raised her gaze toward the altar, her eyes shining with a mixture of devotion and determination. She elegantly arranged a lock of hair that had fallen over her face, tucked it behind her ear, and placed her hands once again on her thighs, breathing deeply, in total silence and calm.

Father Ignacio, beneath her, remained motionless, proud, grateful, fulfilled... because his back, his shoulders, and his knees were at the service of such a sublime lady.

Re: The bride

The Encounter – The Rider and the Priest (2)

Naturally, Luciana once again grasped the reins with both hands, adjusted the tension, raised and struck with the whip, and, with the touch of her spurs on the priest's sides, gave the command:
"Let's go."

The priest obeyed without hesitation. The sound of spurs, reins, and whip once again marked the rhythm of the ride as Luciana resumed her stride through the central aisle, always elevated, always majestic, heading for the building's exit.
As the priest advanced, he thought:
"To be Luciana's mount... is more than an honor. It is a divine privilege. To serve her... to hold her... is to serve an angel on earth."

The church doors opened, letting the evening light bathe the threshold. Luciana, majestic, perfectly upright over Father Amador's shoulders, neck, and back, led her mount toward the plaza, guiding him precisely with the reins, whip, and spurs.

The sound of the metal spurs and the creaking of the saddle leather resounded as they advanced, marking the solemnity of the moment.

Once outside, facing the square, Luciana drew the reins back and applied a touch of spurs. The priest, obedient and well-trained, gently knelt, lowering his head, placing himself in a perfect dismounting position.

With elegant and confident movements, Luciana removed her boots from the stirrups and, with an agile twist of her right leg, gracefully dismounted, placing both feet on the ground with complete authority.
Without rushing, she began the reverse process: She loosened the saddle girth, carefully removing it. Then, she precisely undid the straps of the bridle and bit, sliding them off the priest's head, neatly wrapping the reins around him.

Each movement was ceremonious, elegant, laden with symbolism and the affirmation of her place in the world: above.

As a gesture of reverence, Father Ignacio, kneeling with his head bowed, knew what he must do. He leaned forward, with complete humility, and placed deep, reverent kisses, filled with gratitude, on Luciana's right boot.
Then, without looking up, he kissed her left boot as well, his lips whispering:
"Thank you... my Mistress."

Luciana didn't respond with words. She simply placed her hand on her hip, the whip resting on her thigh, and nodded slightly, like someone who naturally accepts the reverence she deserves.

Luciana turned elegantly on her heels and walked to where she had tied the reins to Don Eduardo, who was waiting patiently for her, perfectly positioned, his head slightly lowered.
Effortlessly, she placed the bit in Don Eduardo's mouth, re-saddled him, placed his boots in the stirrups, and, with one agile movement, rode again.
"Home." "She ordered firmly; a touch of spurs was enough.

Don Eduardo advanced, strong and obedient, while Luciana resumed her ride across the plaza, leaving Father Ignacio behind. He, still on his knees, continued with his gaze lowered and his heart filled with gratitude, aware that his place, before her, will always be below.

As evening fell and the sky turned orange and gold, Father Ignacio walked back toward the church. His face bore the marks of his bit, the pressure of the bridle; and his cassock bore the fresh marks of the saddle girth he had held a short time before.

He walked with his head lowered, his hands clasped at chest level, his gait slow. But it was not a gait of shame or fatigue, but of profound gratitude and reflection.
Each footstep echoed on the stone floor of the atrium, as if each footprint were a reminder of his recent service and the honor he had received.

Upon reaching the main altar, Father Amador knelt solemnly. He joined his palms, closed his eyes, and, in a low but emotion-filled voice, murmured his prayer:
"Thank you, Lord... thank you for granting me the joy, the privilege, and the blessing... of being Luciana's mount." He took a deep breath. "Thank you for allowing me to serve her, support her, and carry her high, as befits an angel on Earth."
He remained silent for a few seconds, meditating, while his heart overflowed with gratitude.
In his mind, the image of Luciana remained as clear as when she rode him: upright, majestic, leading him using reins, whip, and spurs, while her presence filled every corner of the temple.
"May it always be so. May my knees, my back, and my neck be at the service of the virtue, beauty, and authority she represents. She is... worthy. She is... superior."

He slowly crossed himself:
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit... Amen."
Then, with his face serene, his head held high, and his soul at peace, he rose with dignity and returned to his duties in the temple, knowing that he had served that day... and that he would do so again, whenever she called upon him.

Re: The bride

The Lady Catechist (1)

At just 22 years old, Luciana had become the natural leader of the parish's adolescent and young adult catechists (ages thirteen to thirty). Her presence filled the spaces, not only because of her charisma, but also because of the confidence she projected in every gesture, word, and action.

On ordinary days, and during the traditional biweekly spiritual retreats (held all Saturday and Sunday morning, designed for reflection, personal and community growth, strengthening of faith, and the practice of values such as trust, responsibility, and solidarity), the group met in the large courtyard behind the church, under the shade of the trees.
But if there was one thing the young people looked forward to with particular enthusiasm, it was the educational activities and games created and led by Luciana, whose creativity, charisma, and leadership transformed each activity into an unforgettable experience.

Whether it was a normal day or a spiritual retreat, under a clear sky and the warm valley air, Luciana appeared on the activity field wearing her unmistakable style:
• A white crop top that revealed her generous breasts, flat stomach, and slim waist, highlighting her athletic shape.
• Tight dark blue denim jeans that tightly hugged and enhanced her wide hips, firm, thick thighs, imposing buttocks, long legs, and athletic shape.
• Knee-high brown mid-heeled boots with silver spurs that clinked subtly every time she walked, projecting her youthful authority and confident style.
• A cowgirl hat that complemented her powerful and confident presence, and leather gloves.

With her characteristic ease, Luciana selected one of the boys from the group, one of the most enthusiastic. The selected boy ranged in age from thirteen to thirty years old. Sometimes she chose the priest as her partner in the activity, and without ceremony, he naturally accepted his role, understanding that he was also part of the journey of faith embodied in the community experience. The priest's participation, ridden, driven, and led by Luciana, as one of her horses, conveys a deeply symbolic message about humility, service, and the value of learning from any role, regardless of hierarchical position.

Luciana approached her horse, and with ease, she prepared it specifically for the dynamics:
• She carefully placed the bit in his mouth, then adjusted the bridle over his head.
• She positioned the padded saddle over his shoulders and back, securing the cinches precisely.
• She inserted the reins into the bridle, gathered them in her gloved hands, and checked that everything was perfect.

Luciana grabbed the reins and with agile, elegant movements, she climbed atop her horse with ease, settling in naturally:
• Legs on either side of her horse.
• Boots with spurs resting firmly in the stirrups, back straight, whip resting on her right thigh.
• Reins held firmly.
• The spurs clinked as she elegantly settled herself, her feet in the stirrups.
• Hands on her thighs.

“Okay, team!” Luciana said energetically. “Today we’re going to work on trust, control, balance, coordination, mutual respect, and mutual support... but we’ll do it in a fun way, by playing!”

The boys and girls in the group looked at each other with knowing smiles. They knew that when Luciana was leading, everything would be fun, challenging, and, above all, full of learning.

“Let's do a simple exercise. Let's form pairs: a boy and a girl. The boys will lead the girls... like ponies,” Luciana explained mischievously, winking and placing a hand on her hip. The boy or priest being ridden by Luciana whinnied enthusiastically, and everyone laughed.

With her hands on her waist, Luciana's expression was serious but joyful. She wasn't just the leader of the group… she was the guide who organized, directed, and set an example. Luciana, as a youth leader, organized the pairs.

“Move forward,” Luciana commanded with a radiant, charming, and firm smile, applying pressure with her spurs, lashing her horse's hide, and flicking the reins, while everyone laughed and followed her, forming their own rider-horse pairs.
Her mount began to move forward, obedient and perfectly guided. If the horse was the priest, he, far from feeling diminished, moved forward obediently, with a firm step, while laughing and grateful for the opportunity to show, by example, that leadership also means knowing how to serve and allow oneself to be guided.
Luciana maintained absolute control, regulating the speed:
• Walk.
• Trot.
• Controlled gallop.

When Luciana wanted to correct the direction, she gently tugged on one of the reins. When she needed firmness, spurs and forceful strokes with the whip on the skin of her human steed were enough.

"That's it! Control, coordination, respect, and balance. That's how you build a team and that's how you lead," she explained while riding, teaching through play.

While she directed from her horse, other groups replicated the dynamic under her supervision. Pairs formed:
• Boys being ridden by girls.
• Some trotting, others correcting their balance.
• Laughter, instructions, and the sound of the reins filled the air.

The boys advanced with a firm step, some trotting, while the girls rode them, led, encouraged, laughed, and set the pace. The atmosphere was charged with energy, complicity, and teamwork.

Re: The bride

The Lady Catechist (2)

During the retreats, when the time came for the dynamics of trust, teamwork, and dedication, the priest himself not only authorized… but actively participated.
“No one here is above learning. Today we are all disciples… and sometimes, also mounts,” the priest said with a sincere smile.

The young people watched with attention and admiration.
• They saw the priest, their spiritual guide, humbly accept being ridden and led by a young leader, understanding that in the Christian life we are all called both to lead and to serve.
• They understood that there is no higher dignity than that of being at the service of others.

What seemed like just a game was, in reality, a living lesson about mutual support, trust, and knowing how to bear responsibilities and burdens, but also knowing how to delegate, trust, and lead.

Luciana, from above, not only had fun, but taught by example:
• How to lead from a distance.
• How to transform a group into a community.
• How mutual respect and trust make any team strong.
• Master your own emotions.
• Lead firmly, but with respect.
• Assume responsibility, whether from the position of the one leading or the one surrendering to being led.

Laughter, the jingling of spurs, and the sound of hurried footsteps filled the courtyard until, after several minutes, Luciana raised her hand and said:

When the dynamic ended, Luciana dismounted elegantly:
• She dismounted, untied, and unsaddled carefully.
• She patted her mount's back in recognition and smiled proudly.

Luciana said:
“Very well done. In this retreat, we learn not only about faith, but also about life... and how to live it with determination, discipline, and community love.”
“Remember this... in life, sometimes we are those who lead... and sometimes we are those who are led. The important thing is that we do it with love, trust, and respect.”

The boys and girls applauded enthusiastically. Because they knew that, under Luciana's guidance, they were not only learning about catechesis or spiritual formation... they were also learning about life, community, leadership, mutual respect, and unwavering trust.

The games Luciana organized during the spiritual retreats were much more than recreational activities. They were deeply symbolic and formative experiential dynamics, carefully designed to instill in young people solid values that would serve them well throughout life, both spiritually and humanly and communally.

Each dynamic had a clear purpose. Riding, being ridden, guiding, or allowing oneself to be guided was not just a physical act, but a conscious exercise of essential values:
1. Commitment and Humility: Those who took on the role of "mount" had to learn to dedicate themselves to the service of others, fully trusting their companion, accepting their guidance and orders. It was a symbolic act of putting one's own strength at the service of the community, with humility, generosity, and willingness.
2. Mutual Trust: The rider had to trust that her companion would support her, care for her, and fulfill her role. In turn, the rider had to trust that the guide would be fair, clear, and respectful. It was a true exercise of faith in the other.
3. Clear Communication and Respect: The dynamic taught that moving forward together requires clear signals, agreements, and effective communication. The reins, whip, and spurs were not merely accessories in the game, but symbols of the responsibility that comes with leading, and of the respect owed to those who surrender to being guided.
4. Teamwork and Coordination: They learned that smooth progress is only possible when both parties work in sync, accepting their current roles without rivalry or arrogance. Knowing how to lead and how to be led, depending on the circumstances, is a fundamental lesson for personal, professional, community, and spiritual life.
5. Physical, Mental, and Emotional Strength: For both roles, the exercise required discipline, self-control, physical endurance, and, above all, mental and emotional strength.

Each session concluded with a moment of reflection led by Luciana:
—“What did you feel when you gave your all and let yourself be guided?”
—“How did you feel when you were the one responsible for leading and caring?”
—“In life, sometimes we are the ones who lead and other times we are the ones who follow… both roles are equally valuable.”

The boys and girls understood that those games weren't just fun:
They were powerful metaphors for service, community love, selfless dedication, and profound respect for others.

At the end, the priest gathered everyone together and said:
"Let no one ever believe that leadership is about imposing. Leadership is about guiding with love, and also knowing when to surrender, trust, and let go. Here, Luciana guided me, and she did it with firmness, respect, and joy. This is community life, this is Christian life."

And looking at Luciana, he added:
"Sometimes God calls us to lead... and other times He calls us to let ourselves be led."

The priest's participation not only reinforced the values of humility, respect, and service, but also consolidated the certainty that, in this community, learning and growing is a shared path, where age, role, or title do not limit the commitment to love, faith, and teamwork.

Re: The bride

Preparations for Riding (1)

It was a clear morning, although the ground still retained the moisture from the night's rain. From the town's central parish, the group of catechists was preparing to depart for the Santa María del Valle community, located a few kilometers away, crossing the old bridge and skirting the cultivated fields.
The day's mission: to bring catechism, prayers, and educational activities to the families and children of the community. But as was tradition for this group, the journey was not just a physical journey, but a living representation of the values they taught.

Andrés, a young teen, strong, helpful, deeply committed to his community, and serene, was ready. Kneeling in his stall in the stable, he waited for his Mistress to arrive and for her to prepare him. On this occasion, Luciana chose him to ride on the journey to the community where the catechism would be held.

He, like all male catechists, understood that being part of this dynamic, being ridden by the lady rider, was not a mere act, but a symbolic representation of dedication, service, and trust.

Luciana, approximately 5 to 7 years older than her horse, is an imposing, confident, and magnetic young woman. Her mere presence inspires respect, admiration, and trust, both among her peers and the people of the communities she visits. She is a young lady who embodies the perfect balance of beauty, intelligence, strength, and tenderness. She is a woman who inspires, who guides, and who leaves a mark wherever she goes.

With smooth, warm, and luminous tan skin, her face reflects a perfect blend of sweetness and firmness. Her dark, deep, and expressive eyes project intelligence, determination, and empathy. Her wide, radiant smile has the ability to reassure anyone, like someone calming a horse, while simultaneously conveying authority without the need for harsh words. Her hair is dark brown, long, straight, and shiny, which she usually wears loose or in a braid, depending on the occasion.
Her shape is athletic and powerful: a narrow waist that enhances her shape, wide hips, firm and generous buttocks, and thick, strong, and toned thighs from constant physical activity.
Her breasts are generous, natural, and proportionate, which, along with her upright posture, reinforces her imposing presence.
Her legs are long and shapely, always highlighted by her clothing of boots and tight jeans.
Her hands and feet are delicate, beautiful, kissable, yet confident, reflecting a woman who knows what she's doing, who leads with precision and moves with elegance.

When Luciana arrives at the stable, it's impossible not to notice her. She walks with her back straight, her chin up, and her gaze steady. Her steps are confident, calculated, and every movement reflects absolute control over herself and her surroundings. When she speaks, her voice is firm, clear, and serene, capable of conveying affection and discipline at the same time.

Her character is dominant, yet empathetic. She knows how to exercise leadership without crushing anyone (how much men would love to be crushed by Luciana!), leading by example. She is loved, respected, and followed (men follow her like dogs), because her authority is natural, never forced.

Luciana combines practicality with authority and beauty. Her clothing is never casual, but a direct expression of her leadership:
• Tight cropped tops or fitted blouses, which highlight her shape, her upright posture, and show her confidence.
• Tight-fitting jeans made of thick denim, which highlight her curves, firm hips, and strong thighs; and allow her to move with ease.
• Knee-high leather boots with heels and metal spurs, which clink with every step, and whose sound announces her presence before she is seen.

• A cowgirl hat and leather gloves add an air of rustic elegance and authority.

When Luciana approached Andrés's stall and began preparing all the equipment—bit, bridle, reins, saddle, girth, stirrups—Andrés stood at attention, kneeling and then positioned to receive the bridle and saddle, his head slightly bowed, showing both respect and absolute willingness.
Andrés knew how to be there, holding her, carrying her, and allowing Luciana to ride and lead him. It was a firsthand experience of the value of serving, of being guided, and of building community through humility and shared work.

Luciana, for her part, led with elegance, precision, and firmness, demonstrating that leadership also means knowing how to care, correct, accompany, and guide with love and character.

Re: The bride

Preparations for Riding (2)

In the stable stall where Andrés was waiting, surrounded by gazes that understood the depth of the moment, he waited, kneeling solemnly. His back was straight, his neck bent, and his hands resting on his thighs. His breathing was serene and steady. He had surrendered his will to Luciana.

Suddenly, the jingle of spurs and the sound of the whip whipping through the air were heard, and Luciana slowly walked into view. The other men knelt and prostrated themselves before the divine image, and the ladies greeted her with kisses and caresses. She went into Andrés' stall.

Luciana stood imposingly before him. Her bearing radiated confidence and dominance. She was dressed in her riding attire: a tight black cropped top, a fitted jacket, tight dark blue denim pants that highlighted her hips and thighs, and black boots with high heels and shiny spurs. Every movement made her spurs jingle, imposing her presence.

Luciana held the bridle in her hands. She circled Andrés with an elegant and confident stride. She stopped behind him, gently resting the bridle on him, and placed the bit on him, sliding it skillfully and firmly into place between the lips of Andrés, her mount.
"Open..." she instructed gently.
Andrés obeyed her.

Luciana inserted the bit into Andrés's mouth, making sure it was snug but comfortable. She slid the bit into Andrés's mouth behind Andrés's teeth with precision, and the bit fit snugly in Andrés's mouth.

Luciana, with her steady and skillful hands, applied the bridle, skillfully passing, adjusting, tightening, and adjusting each strap over Andrés's head. She tightened the straps, ensuring that they fit perfectly, neither too loose nor too tight, until they were perfectly secured and firm around Andrés's head.

Without wasting time, Luciana inserted the reins into the bit, securing them with strength and elegance. Then, with a nimble twist of her wrist, she tied the reins to the ring of the stall, maintaining absolute control of her horse.

Meanwhile, she left Andrés's stall, leaving the door ajar, and with firm and determined steps, headed to the other side of the stable, where the saddle was.

The reins were perfectly tied to the metal ring of the stall. The sound of the leather reins stretched against the iron resonated in the air, mingling with the crunch of the hay beneath Luciana's boots.

Her mount, Andrés, remained still, in position. Andrés's knees were flat on the ground, his hands crossed on his thighs, his neck tilted slightly, the bridle tightly fastened to his head, the reins dangling, tied to the ring by Luciana.

Andrés knew his role and assumed it with total dignity. A single thought echoed in his mind:
"I am the support. I am the ground that sustains Luciana. Today my body is Luciana's mount, and my will is her vehicle."

Luciana, meanwhile, walked with an elegant, swaying gait toward the other end of the stable. Her shape was imposing. The spurs of her boots clinked with each step. Her short riding jacket, fitted at her slim waist, highlighted the curves of her hips and buttocks, and the determined movement of her legs. Her horse admired her stride as she walked away from him.

Those present—other young people, some assistants, perhaps an occasional visitor—couldn't tear their gaze away.
"What a presence..." they thought. "This woman doesn't walk... she advances, she dominates, she conquers every inch she takes."

Luciana reached the support where the saddle was hanging. She ran her hands over the leather, checking its cleanliness, the firmness of the cinches, the softness of the stirrups.
"Perfect... as always. Ready for me, for me to ride," she thought.

With the same dexterity with which someone who masters their craft takes up their tools, she lifted the saddle with both arms, resting it lightly on her hip as she walked back.

As Luciana advanced, her thoughts flowed clearly in her mind:
"Every gesture counts. Every step is part of the language of leadership. Today, as yesterday, and as always, those who offer themselves as mounts do not lose dignity: they elevate it, because they do so by choice, by trust, and by conscious commitment."

Andrés admired Luciana as she walked elegantly and swaying toward him, her boots approaching him. He longed to be beneath those boots, beneath Luciana.

Luciana stopped beside her steed. She watched him from above for a few seconds.

Andrés, Luciana's mount, did not move, but inside him a single thought vibrated:
"My place is beneath her. My role is to support her, to take her wherever she wishes, to be the firm foundation."

Re: The bride

Riding Preparations (3)

In Andrés's stall, his reins were tied to the ring.

Luciana's gaze dropped to Andrés's back and shoulders, assessing the space and stability. Then, with the ease of someone who has mastered this art, with precise movements, she lifted the saddle with both hands and placed it gently and firmly on Andrés's back and shoulders, fitting it perfectly in place. The leather creaked as it settled. She adjusted the flaps, stepped over and adjusted the girth under his torso, tightening it precisely and decisively, with strong, firm, and sure movements, making sure it didn't move even a millimeter.
"Firm, strong... that will support my riding," Luciana whispered, more to herself than to him.

She adjusted the length of the stirrup straps, calculating the perfect height so they fit the exact length of her legs. Her experience was evident in the speed and precision of each movement. Her hands slid deftly, checking every clasp, every knot, every strip of leather.

Luciana, unhurriedly, with the same calm with which she had begun the entire process, walked forward, untied the reins from the ring, took them, and wound them tightly between the fingers of her left hand, and took the whip in her right. The shine of the spurs on her boots reflected the morning sun.

When everything was ready, Luciana approached the left flank of her horse, placed the toe of her left boot on the stirrup, stepping on it. She grasped the reins with her left hand, grabbed the whip with her right hand, pressed firmly, bent her right knee, and with an agile, powerful, and graceful leap, she propelled herself, lifted herself up, and climbed onto her horse, sitting gracefully in the saddle. She then placed the toe of her right boot in the other stirrup with absolute naturalness, as if she were exactly where she belonged.
Once aboard, Luciana adjusted her boots in both stirrups, letting the heel and spurs click with each adjustment, resonating in the fresh morning air. The spurs rested perfectly on her heels, her hands firmly in control of the reins.

With just a slight tug to the right, the mount obeyed Luciana. Touches of the spurs prompted Andrés to advance with a determined stride. And when necessary, the whip in Luciana's right hand set the pace, correcting or accelerating with a simple gesture. Luciana rode majestically forward, leading with reins, whip, and spurs, demonstrating not only her technical skill but also her total mastery, control, and elegance. Every step the horse took was not only a physical movement, but also a silent declaration of leadership, character, and confidence.

Luciana's boots were in the stirrups, the reins tightened in her hands, and with the prods of her spurs on her mount's flanks, accompanied by the caresses of the whip on Andrés's skin, and the tugs of the reins, Luciana urged him forward.
"Let's go. We have a long way to go."

And they moved forward. Not simply as rider and mount. But as a living symbol of a pact: complete trust between the one who guides and the one who supports.

The gazes around them couldn't tear away from the scene and followed the ride, some with admiration, others with longing, but all understanding the same thing:
"Not everyone is born to lead. Not everyone is born to sustain. But when both roles meet, something greater than themselves emerges."

It wasn't just any ordinary act. It was the pure reflection of leadership, of absolute trust, of a silent agreement between the one who leads and the one who surrenders, with dignity, to be guided.

Andrés was happy. He didn't need words. He didn't need applause. His happiness was deep, serene, complete.
"I am where I should be."

As Andrés felt Luciana's weight on his back and shoulders, the firm fit of the saddle, the determined pressure of the spurs on his sides, something inside him firmed. It was more than a burden: it was a purpose.

Luciana gripped the reins securely, her gaze straight ahead, majestic in her posture. But she didn't ignore her mount. She felt it: the measured breathing, the obedient gait, the perfect balance.

Every time Luciana led using the reins, the whip, or the spurs, Andrés didn't feel forced. He felt acknowledged.
—“She trusts me to lead her with dignity. She guides me because she knows I can respond.”

For those watching, it was a scene of dominance, of leadership.
For Andrés, it was a scene of communion:
“I lead her, she leads me. We are one in this moment. My body is the bridge, and she is the course.”

The bridle on his head wasn't humiliating. It was the symbol of his conscious surrender. The bit in his mouth was part of that bond. The reins, a silent language that only they understood.

And when the footsteps echoed on the stable floor and beyond, Andrés didn't think about the fatigue.
He thought about the honor of holding her as her horse.
"As long as she wishes, I will advance."

Luciana, for her part, knew what was going on in her mount's heart. Without turning around, with just a touch of her spurs, she spoke to him:
"You're doing perfectly."

And although Andrés couldn't respond with words because of the bit in his mouth, his firm gait, his erect neck, and the calmness of his breathing were more eloquent than any voice.

And in his silence, he was happy.
Because he had found meaning. Because he had found his place.
Because being Luciana's horse was, for him, an honor, not a burden.

Re: The bride

The Lady Catechist (1 to 2) and Preparations for Riding (1 to 3) belong to a narrative that will develop separately from "The Bride" and may be intertwined again in the future.

Both narratives have the same female protagonist, the rider, a young lady who teaches catechism and uses riding games to provide instruction.

Re: The bride

Luciana Walks on Manly Heads (1)

That night, Luciana shone with her own light, rising as an imposing and charming shape, her shape highlighted by the moon that caressed her dark and elegant attire.
She wore her fitted black leather jacket, which outlined Luciana's shape as if it were part of her skin. It hugged her firm shoulders and fell over her torso, and was open just enough to reveal her tight cropped top of the same color, which outlined her shape.
Her tight black top showed the firmness of Luciana's torso, accentuating the perfection of her shape, gracefully outlining her waist and breasts.
Her tight dark jeans highlighted, drew, outlined, and accentuated the shape, firmness, and curves of Luciana's long, firm legs, molding her powerful hips, buttocks, and thighs with a naturalness that was both imposing and seductive.
Luciana's high-heeled, knee-high black leather boots gleamed, adding height to Luciana's majestic and dominant bearing, elevating her even further, enhancing her stature even more.
Every small movement Luciana made as she walked, and the touch of the wind caressing the Goddess, made her golden spurs shine and jingle rhythmically and subtly, shining, determined, and bold like her, announcing Luciana's presence like an echo of authority, like a melody of power and elegance.
All of this completed the image of a woman who knew everything about herself… and dominated everything in her path.

The men of the town, of all ages—from children to the elderly—arranged themselves solemnly and silently, as if obeying a choreography known only to them and out of the respect they felt for Luciana.

They stood in two long lines facing each other, gazing at each other with expressions of contemplation and devotion, perfectly aligned but in a zigzag pattern.
They knelt and then leaned their torsos forward, resting their foreheads against the ground.

This path was not ordinary: Their heads were the stones of the path.
It was a tribute.
It was an act of devotion.
It was a living offering.
Their heads formed a path waiting to be walked by her alone: Luciana.
They knew what they were doing. Each of them, regardless of age or condition, had chosen to take their place in the line.

One by one, like living steps, their aligned necks formed the path.
Not just any path, but one that spoke of something deeper:
loyalty, dedication, faith… and veneration.

Luciana walked over the heads of the village men.
The black leather of her jacket gleamed faintly in the moonlight, and each step she took made her golden spurs jingle, like bells announcing her presence.
Her high-heeled boots gently tapped the men's heads with steady elegance as Luciana walked the path the men had formed with their own bodies.
The heads, aligned with devotion, spread out before her like a human tapestry.
A living path.
An act of reverence.

Luciana smiled, with that mixture of nobility and tenderness that made her unforgettable.
She continued walking over the next head.
The man was older, his gray hair reflecting the light. Further along, a young man, then an adult, then a child.
There were men of all ages.
—From the age of 12, when they already knew what it meant to give themselves willingly,
to the oldest members of the village, 80 or older, who with effort bent their bodies to be part of that gesture that didn't require physical strength, but strength of spirit.

Luciana took a deep breath, placed her hands on her hips, and took the next step.
The heel and sole of her boot gently descended onto the nape of the lucky head.

Then the other.
And the path continued to receive her in silence.

And so she continued her walk.
Slowly.
Ceremoniously.
Majestically.

Each step was an honor.
Each head, a living stone celebrating her passing.

The men didn't move. They just breathed calmly, feeling the contact of the soles and heels of Luciana's boots, the creak of the leather, the faint echo of the spurs, and most importantly: the certainty of being exactly where they wanted to be: beneath Luciana.

Luciana moved forward as if walking on respect itself.
Esteban watched her from the end of the path, standing, waiting.
But not as one who possesses, but as one who admires with true love.

Luciana smiled. She said nothing.
She didn't need to speak.

Re: The bride

Luciana walks all on manly heads (2)

Luciana, at the height of her solemn walk, took her last step.
A sure, delicate, and sacred step...
on the head of the one who, in that double line of devotion, occupied the most coveted place:
The last stone on the path.

There he was: a man with his forehead firmly resting on the ground,
his neck strained by the pressure of her body,
but his lips curved in a smile of honor:
because he was the one who had held her just before Luciana's encounter with her fiancé.

Luciana stood above him.
Erect. Majestic. Divine.
All her weight, all her splendor, rested on this offered neck.

In front of her, Esteban.
He looked at her, speechless.
And for a second,
the whole world disappeared.

Luciana stood tall, proud, with both feet firmly planted on the head that was the last stone of the human path, that reverent row of male heads that supported her weight with devotion, as if she were part of the sacred landscape of the town, devoted to the symbol Luciana embodied.
She looked like a shape carved by the moon, standing on the last stone of the path: the head of a fortunate male. Luciana dominated the scene with her unwavering bearing.
From there, Luciana looked down at Esteban with mischief and power.

Esteban, a few steps ahead, looked down at her with a mixture of love, wonder, admiration, mischief, desire... and a hint of surrender.
"You're taller than me, Luciana," he said.

Luciana tilted her head slightly, as if she were a queen observing her most faithful knight, and replied with a playful look and a mischievous, subtle smile.
"Esteban, I'm taller than you," Luciana said in that voice, somewhere between soft, playful, and confident, that disarmed him.

Esteban looked at her lovingly and smiled, neither annoyed nor intimidated. He pointed down, just below Luciana's pair of imposing boots. Luciana's feet rested firmly on the head of a man lying beneath Luciana's weight.
"It's because you're on top of him," he replied softly, humorously alluding to the one who—literally and symbolically—was holding her.

Luciana raised an eyebrow, smiled mischievously and mischievously. Her smile was charming and irresistible. She tilted her face slightly mischievously, and made a small, charming, and delicate pout of apparent ingenuity, as if she didn't quite grasp the obvious. Her expression was sweet, almost innocent, but her eyes shone with intelligence and playfulness.
Luciana replied with charming sweetness:
"He's happy," she whispered. Then, Luciana lowered her gaze slightly to look directly at Esteban, still smiling, and with a tenderness full of power, she said:
"Stand on your toes... so you can kiss me."

Esteban obeyed, smiled, and approached slowly. There was no resentment in his gesture. Only devotion, play, and shared desire.
Luciana, with her hands on her hips, didn't move an inch.
He raised his heels, standing on the balls of his feet, stretching, approaching the lips that called to him from on high.
She waited.
He felt Luciana's suppressed laughter.
Then she, generous and radiant, leaned very slightly, just enough, still upright, still in control...
And they kissed.
It was a perfect kiss, but one laden with meaning: between play and love, between power and surrender, between what they had been... and what they were beginning to be.
Between play and surrender, between height and love
Despite the majestic scene, there was no humiliation or contempt. Only a strange and symbolic ceremony where bodies became a path, roles a message, and love… a game of heights.
Because when love and power coexist in balance, even the simplest moments become unforgettable.

And in that kiss laden with meaning, it was clear that Luciana knew exactly who she was… and what she provoked.

Beneath Luciana, the young man whose head was firmly beneath Luciana's boots—silent, firmly beneath her boots, neither moving nor asking for anything—did not react. But his bated breath and tense body spoke for him: he knew that moment did not belong to him… but he also knew that, without him, that moment would not exist.

He remained there, like part of the landscape… or like part of Luciana.

The man beneath Luciana—motionless, reverent, sustained by the strength of his resolve—felt everything.
He felt Luciana's weight on his body as an honor, not a burden.
He felt the slight wobble as Luciana leaned ever so slightly to kiss Esteban.
He felt the touch of Luciana's boots on the nape of his neck and his neck.
He felt the subtle vibration of Luciana's golden spurs.
But above all, he felt Luciana's joy.
And that was enough.

He smiled, unseen. Because even though he couldn't move, even though his face was pressed to the ground beneath Luciana's weight, he did so with devotion, his soul looking up, toward her.
"She is happy... and I am here, part of that happiness."

He didn't say a word. He didn't expect gratitude.
His satisfaction lay in being part of the path on which Luciana shone.

Because when Luciana smiled, when she laughed, when she loved...
it was all worth it.

Re: The bride

Luciana walks on manly heads (3)

Luciana lowered her gaze.
Her eyes met Esteban's again.

She continued to stand elegantly atop that last stone of the human path,
unhurriedly, with the dignity of a Goddess returning to embrace the only one equal to her.

He approached.
And without saying anything, they embraced.
He surrounded her tightly, like someone protecting a fire.
She rested her face on his, breathing deeply, as if returning home.
And then,
their lips met again.

The kiss wasn't fleeting.
It was deep, slow, passionate.
It was a kiss between two beings who, in the midst of the ceremony,
in the midst of power, worship, and ritual,
recognize that only between them exists something different: love.

Around them, no one moved.
The men remained prostrate.
And from the ground, not daring to raise their heads,
they knew that moment...
did not belong to them.
Because she, the one who had walked above all others,
was now with him.
And amid spurs, footsteps, and surrendered thoughts,
Luciana and Esteban kissed at the height of their own history.

After the kiss,
after the embrace,
Luciana and Esteban gently separated, their gazes still united by love.
She stood upright again,
standing on the last head of the human stone path that had sustained her in that most sacred moment.

And there, they looked at each other and smiled.
It was no longer just power.
It was tenderness.
It was mutual understanding.
Then Luciana turned around.

Luciana's boots spun around on the neck she had stepped on,
and she looked again at the path formed by the surrendered heads,
these foreheads pressed to the ground and aligned like stones carved by love and faith.
It was her path.
Her creation.
Her sacred walkway.
And Luciana began to walk.

Step by step,
even slower than before,
with her hands on her hips,
her gaze forward,
and the dignity of one who knows that every body beneath her feet
supports her by will, not by duty.

Each step was a caress on the manly head.
A seal that was repeated.
A return that did not undo its power, but sealed it forever.

Beside her, Esteban walked in silence.
Not over heads.
Not over thoughts.
But to the side,
along the free line of the cobblestones,
respecting the act of those who had prostrated themselves for her.

He wasn't vying for the lowest place,
nor for the highest.
He was the witness and the beloved.
And his place, she knew, was beside her,
but without erasing those who also loved her.

Luciana continued her sacred walk
until she reached the point where it all began.
And as she stepped on the last stone of the return path,
she stopped.

She turned slowly.
She looked down the path of heads she had just walked.
The men were still there,
still, firm, silent.

And she smiled.
Serene.
Triumphant.
Grateful.

Because over those thoughts, hearts, and backs,
she had walked as a queen...
and returned as a beloved woman.

Luciana walked elegantly, slowly, majestically,
her high boots treading on the aligned heads,
each step with precision, as if ascending a living altar. Esteban accompanied her, slightly behind and to one side, without touching any of the bedridden, with his eyes fixed on her... and his heart full.

Re: The bride

Luciana Walks on Manly Heads (4)

The silence was broken only by their voices, soft and intimate, as they walked together:
"He's very old," said Esteban, looking with some doubt at the man Luciana was stepping on at that moment.
Luciana didn't slow down.
She only lowered her gaze slightly and answered with calm firmness:
"He's 67 years old.
And he offered himself first of all.
It was he who held my first step over his thoughts.
That's why his head is worthy of being a stone on which I walk."
Esteban nodded silently.

Luciana moved forward, her foot now resting on the head of a gray-haired man.
The man's body trembled slightly, not from pain, but from suppressed emotion.

They took another step.
"He's very young," Esteban murmured now, softly, almost tenderly.
Luciana answered without hesitation, her spur shining as she walked:
"He's 14.
And he cried with emotion when I allowed him to be here.
He stayed still for hours so as not to break the line.
That's why... he's worthy too."

Esteban lowered his gaze for a moment, impressed.
They continued moving forward.

Luciana now placed her boots on the head of a man with a firm face.
"He seems weak," Esteban commented.
"Yes," she said. "But he was the only one who withstood my entire march without moving an inch.
He never hesitated or trembled.
That's why he's a strong stone."

And so they continued.
Step after step.
Conversation after conversation.
Name after name.
Every prostrate man, regardless of his age, his appearance, his history...
had been chosen by her.
He had been tested.
And now, he was recognized.
Esteban no longer asked with suspicion.
Now he asked with admiration.
Luciana no longer answered with justification.
She answered with truth. With affection. With justice.

And as she reached the end, Luciana took one last step and stopped beside him.
She took his hand and said:
"Age doesn't matter.
Body doesn't matter.
Dedication matters.
Honor matters."

Esteban smiled.
And Luciana, after a brief pause, added:
"And you...
walked beside me, stepping on no one.
That's why,
you are my equal."

Luciana descended from the last head used as a stepping stone, with perfect elegance.
Esteban, at her side, watched her with the pride of someone who doesn't need to compete, because he knows he's been chosen.

She took his hand, warm and firm.
He intertwined his fingers with hers.
For a moment they looked at each other...
everything was said between their eyes.

And then, Esteban smiled, that smile of his, tender and confident at the same time,
and said calmly:
"I'm your boyfriend...
and they're in the friend zone."

Luciana let out a short laugh.
Not mocking, not haughty...
a sincere, charming laugh.
"Yes," she replied mischievously.
"But what a devoted friend zoner, isn't it?"
"And then, in a lower tone:
"And what a wise boyfriend I have."

Esteban didn't respond.
He just kissed her gently on the forehead,
while behind them, the men remained prostrate,
serene, without sadness.
Because they knew she had seen them.
She had valued them.
And she had walked over them.
And that, although her heart had an owner...
her footsteps... belonged to all of them.

Re: The bride

Luciana Walks All on Manly Heads (5)

Luciana had completed her walk along the path of heads, each step echoing in the memories of those present as an act of silent communion between her and the men of the town.
At the end of the path, Esteban looked at her, his heart swelled with love, and Andrés was already prepared: upright, firm, his saddle adjusted, his bridle fastened, just as Luciana had left him, ready to be ridden by Luciana again, as so many times before.
Luciana dismounted from the last living stone and turned slowly.
Her gaze took in the entire path: the zigzag of motionless bodies, heads still bowed, hearts beating beneath the ground.
She returned to Andrés, who was already waiting in position, and with agile movements, Luciana mounted him, adjusted his stirrups, and took hold of the reins. He whinnied softly, for he is a horse proud to be chosen once again. Before leaving, Luciana looked one last time at the human path.
"Thank you all," she said, her voice firm and clear. "Your thoughts were my path.
Your will, my ground.
And your dedication... my honor."

It was then that the oldest man in the village, Don Mateo, 65 years older than Luciana, a man with a face furrowed by the years but a firm voice, rose with the help of his arms, resting on one knee. He looked at Luciana with respect and emotion.
"Thank you, Luciana," he said. "For allowing me to be part of this path.
My bones may be old, but my will remained firm under your guidance. I have experienced many things, but I have never felt so honored as today."

Luciana placed her hand on her heart and smiled respectfully, bowing her head slightly.

Despite his advanced age, he asked to be part of the path. He said he wanted, at least once more in his life, to be part of something so symbolic and profound. His body was tired, yes, but his spirit was steadfast, and his voluntary decision moved everyone.
To allow Luciana to walk on top of his head, the other men carefully helped him settle, and he placed his forehead against the ground solemnly, saying:
"May my final years serve as a foundation for the new generations to walk with honor. May my head serve as a rock for Luciana, for she represents the best of this people."
His participation filled the moment with emotion, for it showed that dedication and dignity are ageless, and that respect for Luciana—as a symbol of unity, strength, and guidance—was felt by all, regardless of how young or old they were.

When the old man appeared before Luciana, leaning on his cane, in a soft but firm voice, he said:
"Luciana, I want to be one of the stones on your path."
She looked at him with respect and tenderness, aware of his age and the fragility that age brings, but also recognizing the unwavering dignity in his eyes. She didn't see him as a weakened old man, but rather as a pillar of the people asking to close his story with honor.
Luciana responded:
"Don Mateo, if your heart so desires, you will be one of the first stones.
But I beg you to allow me to prepare your body... so that your will does not harm your health."
He humbly accepted. For two days, Luciana sent two volunteers to help him practice the posture, gauge his tolerance, and find a way to kneel and rest his forehead safely. Discreet, soft pads were used under his chest and legs. On the day of the event, he needed no assistance getting into position.

Re: The bride

Luciana Walks on Manly Heads (6)

Luciana, upon accepting his request, ordered a preparation tailored to his age:
• Prior Strengthening: Don Mateo practiced for three days with assistance. Two men accompanied him every morning, gradually placing weight (beginning with cloth bags filled with sand) on his upper back and neck, while he rested his forehead on a special pad on the floor.
• Specific Posture: Instead of placing all the weight directly on the crown of his head, the posture was adjusted so that Luciana distributed the pressure between his shoulders, the base of his skull, and the upper back, allowing the contact to be ceremonial but safe.
• Hidden Support: Discreet padded supports were placed beneath his chest and thighs, camouflaged so as not to disrupt the aesthetic, and which stabilized his body.
Luciana herself visited him the night before and told him:
"I will not expect you to resist." I just want you to be there.
Your presence sustains me more than your body.

The rehearsal with the old man took place at the home of a friendly family, with the help of two assistants who gently positioned him. His forehead rested on a padded cloth, and the invisible supports under his body were already in place.
Luciana moved forward slowly, placing her weight on his shoulders and upper back, not directly on his head.
As she did so, the old man said with a smile:
"Walk, child. At this age, one no longer offers strength, but history.
And I want yours to surpass mine."
Luciana became emotional, stepped down, and placed a hand on his shoulder as a sign of deep respect.

Although Don Mateo was completely independent, Luciana also consulted with his children, who lived nearby in the same town. One of them, his eldest son (about 60 years old), initially expressed reservations:
"Father no longer has the strength he once had... I don't know if it's a good idea."
But it was Don Mateo himself who, in a calm voice, answered them:
"I don't want the end of my life to be just rest. I want it to be meaningful.
Many burdens have been placed on me. Luciana's walking now is the last thing my back will bear."
His children, moved, accepted. Luciana, in a sign of gratitude, allowed them to attend the rehearsals and witness how their father was prepared with the utmost care.

Don Mateo's relatives participated:
• Direct participation:
His eldest son and his adult grandson (about 35 years old) also decided to take part in the journey, placing themselves in positions close to him, as a way to honor his decision and continue his legacy.
As Luciana passed over them, Don Mateo—from his initial stone position—felt the vibration of Luciana's footsteps on him, his son, and his grandson, which for him was a deeply spiritual experience. His grandson later commented:
"I was in the same row as my grandfather. It was as if the weight of the past, present, and future united us for a moment."
• Relatives as spectators:
Other daughters, daughters-in-law, and great-grandchildren of Mateo watched from the plaza, with tears in their eyes and clasped hands, knowing that his gesture would be engraved in everyone's memory.

Re: The bride

Luciana walks on manly heads (7)

A few steps from the oldest boy, the youngest boy, Gabriel, a teenager 10 years younger than Luciana, also stood up, his cheeks flushed with emotion. His voice was shy but firm as he thanked Luciana.
"I thank you too, Luciana," he said, his voice trembling but clear. "I felt important... for the first time. Like I was part of something big."

Luciana gave him a warm, genuine smile, and sweetly, she dismounted and placed a hand on his head.
"You are," she said. "And you will be."

That moment sealed something in the boy's heart that he would carry with him all his life: the value of voluntary dedication, the strength of unity, and the pride of having been part of something truly great.

He was still a young boy, but with surprising maturity in his eyes. He had long observed with admiration everything that was happening in his community, and when he learned of the ceremony that would take place that night, he asked to be included.
Many thought he might be too young to participate, but he insisted with conviction:
“I want to be part of the journey. I want her to know I'm with her too.”
And so it was. He stood just before the oldest man, as if the ends of a generational arc opened and closed with them. His forehead touched the ground with the same respect as the others, and when Luciana passed over his head, he felt a pride he would never forget.

The boy was one of the first to approach Luciana when he learned of the event. He seemed nervous but convinced. He said,
“I want to be part of it. I want to be a rock for you.”
Luciana looked him in the eyes, bent down to his level, and asked,
“Do you know what this means? It's not a game. It's not meant to impress.” It's surrender, it's respect, it's remaining silent and still… and knowing why you're doing it.
The boy nodded, without lowering his gaze. Luciana, seeing his maturity, smiled.
"Then yes. You'll be the youngest stone. But I'll train you."
Over the next few days, he practiced with other young men: how to position himself, how to breathe, how to resist without moving, how to bear the weight if it were to touch him. Luciana supervised every moment.
On the day of the ceremony, he took his place without hesitation, aligned with the others, dignified among men.

Re: The bride

Luciana walks on manly heads (8)

He was treated seriously, but with more physical preparation:
• Posture training: For a week, he learned to kneel and then slowly bend down until his forehead was resting on the ground, with his arms firmly positioned and his neck relaxed. He was trained by older youth, under supervision.
• Progressive strengthening: He also practiced with simulated weights. Instead of sand, they used a small backpack with books, which was placed on the back of his neck for short periods, increasing the time each day.
• Body awareness: He was taught to breathe deeply and keep his body centered to avoid sudden movements. Gabriel was also evaluated by a local nurse (Doña Pilar, Luciana's mother), who approved his participation.
Before the event, Luciana told him:
"You are not small, Gabriel. You are part of something big.
Just do what we practice and keep your heart calm. I will feel your strength."

Luciana trained him first with small steps on him, then she placed her boot gently on his back, then on the back of his neck, then on his head, always watched by the older boys. Finally, she placed both feet on him for a few seconds, so he could feel the real contact, and she could assess whether his body was ready.
He didn't tremble. He stood firm and proud.
"Was it okay?" he asked when he finished.
Luciana stroked his hair and said,
"It was perfect. You're a rock."

Luciana spoke personally with his mother about him. She was moved, but also protective:
"Are you sure he won't get hurt?"
Luciana explained the entire process, the preparation, the supervision, and also requested that his mother be present during all training sessions.
The mother spoke to her son, who said with conviction,
"Mom, this is something I want to do." Not just for Luciana... but because I want to feel like I'm doing something great.
The mother agreed, moved by her son's maturity and the seriousness with which Luciana handled everything.
Before the event, Luciana approached her, looked her in the eyes, and said:
"I will take care of your son as if he were my own. Not with words, but with actions."
And so it was.

Gabriel's relatives participated:
• His mother not only authorized his participation but was present during every rehearsal and in the front row on the day of the event. Her eyes held a mixture of pride, tenderness, and respect. When Luciana passed over Gabriel's head, she closed her eyes and clasped her hands as if praying.
• Teenage uncles and cousins also participated. One of his cousins (about 16 years old) formed part of the path a few steps in front of Gabriel, and before getting into position, whispered in his ear: "I admire you, kid. Not just anyone can do this."
• Nearby neighbors and his schoolteacher also attended, and more than one commented afterward that the boy was now “a symbol of true dedication for his generation.”

Re: The bride

Luciana rides, accompanied by her boyfriend (1)

After the ceremony, when the lights in the plaza began to dim and the reverent murmurs faded in the night wind, Luciana stood for a few more moments. The human stones along the path had slowly been replaced, with the help of those in attendance, and many still gazed at her in silence, like someone contemplating an image they don't want to forget.

Luciana bowed slightly in gratitude, placing her hand over her heart, and in a soft but clear voice said:
"Thank you for your dedication.
Thank you for supporting me, for believing, for making me walk higher.
I will not forget you. Not one of you."

Then, the men—of all ages—respectfully withdrew, some arm in arm with family members, others accompanied by the silent applause of the people.
Their faces were serene. Many bore tears, not from pain, but from having been part of something greater than themselves.

When the square was quiet, Andrés approached Luciana, already in position. He had been prepared by Luciana beforehand, and he waited for her with humility and willingness. Without saying a word, he knelt before her, and Luciana, with natural movements, climbed and gently settled herself on the back of her horse.

Esteban approached from the side, his steps firm and calm. Luciana, from her height, looked at him tenderly. Esteban expressed no jealousy or complaints, for he knew that what he saw was not servitude, but an act of faith and profound loyalty.
"Ready?" Esteban asked.
"Always," she replied.

And so they began to retreat, Andrés leading her steadily, and Esteban walking at her side, like a guardian, like a companion.

The sound of Luciana's spurs echoed softly, Luciana's boots brushed the sides of her saddle, and the creaking of leather and the murmur of the wind were the only things that filled the air.
No one else followed. That final stretch was just the three of them.

As they walked away along the stone path in the dim moonlight, Luciana didn't look back. It wasn't out of indifference, but because her gaze was now projected toward the future: one filled with new paths, laden with meaning... and even more hearts to guide.

As Luciana rode Andrés, advancing elegantly along the now clear and silent path, Esteban walked beside her, a step to the right and a step behind, respecting her place, but still close.
This slight gap wasn't accidental: he didn't walk beside her as an equal or follow her as a subordinate. He was with her, acknowledging her role, without interfering.
It was a subtle balance between love, respect, and acceptance of the reality that united them.

All that could be heard was the soft creak of the saddle's leather, the jingle of Luciana's spurs, and the even rhythm of Esteban's steps. Andrés, the mount, moved forward obediently and calmly, his movements firm, his breathing regular. He knew exactly the right pace.
Luciana, sitting with natural authority, looked up at the sky, then lowered her gaze to the road. Her expression was serene… although at times, a soft smile appeared on her face, feeling the movement of her mount beneath her and the constant presence of her beloved beside her.

"What are you thinking about?" Esteban asked, without breaking his stride.

Luciana looked down at him from her height, her body shaped by the moon, her hair falling freely and shining over her shoulders.
"How much everything has changed," she said.
"And how much hasn't changed."

"And what hasn't changed?" Esteban asked.

She answered without hesitation:
"That you're still by my side."

For several more meters they walked without speaking. Esteban glanced up at his beloved riding with a mixture of admiration, awe... and also acceptance.

Luciana, from above, felt him there. Even though he didn't say anything, even though he didn't touch her, his mere presence made her feel stronger, more complete.

She extended a hand toward him, and without slowing down, Esteban took it.
Their fingers intertwined as Andrés continued forward.

And so, silently, riding and accompanied, Luciana advanced toward the future.
Not as a solitary shape on high, but as a woman loved, followed, chosen, respected.

Riding on loyalty, accompanied by love.

Re: The bride

Luciana rides, accompanied by her boyfriend (2)

Luciana, her elegant shape illuminated by the moon, turned her face slightly over her shoulder to look at Esteban, who continued walking steadily at her side—one step back, one step to the right. A mischievous smile spread across her lips.
In a soft, almost playful, but purposeful voice, she said:
"When I move forward, my dogs, human and canine, and my horses, human and equine, walk one step behind me and one step to the right or left of me...
What are you suggesting by walking like that?"

Esteban, surprised by the question, hesitated for only half a second, but didn't look away. He knew her too well not to understand the symbolic meaning of her words.
"I'm not your dog or your horse," he replied with calm firmness.
"But if walking like this is what allows me to be with you... I accept it.
I choose to walk wherever you are."

Luciana watched him for a few more seconds, with that enigmatic expression that was a mixture of tenderness and power, and then she let out a small, crystalline laugh. She wasn't mocking; she rejoiced in her companion's sincerity.
"Then I no longer need to give you an order," she said. "You're already where you belong."

And without another word, she extended a hand toward him once more, this time without looking. Esteban took it. And so they continued, the lady mounted, her lover at her side, advancing with the solemn stillness of those who know that what unites them is not dominance, but a freely assumed bond.

Esteban said, "I always saw Andrés walk one step behind you and one step to the right, and it seemed the right thing to do. That's why I'm walking one step behind you and one step to the right of you."

Luciana listened attentively, still holding her hand out toward Esteban, and upon hearing his words, her smile softened. For a moment, she stopped looking ahead and lowered her gaze to Esteban, who, his gaze fixed on the road, had spoken his truth without pretense or drama.
"I always saw Andrés walking one step behind and one step to the right of you,
and it seemed the right thing to do.
That's why... I'm walking one step behind and one step to the right of you."
The words resonated with honesty. They didn't speak of obedience, but of understanding; not of submission, but of harmony. Esteban wasn't trying to compete or replace, but to take his own place, with humility and clarity.
Luciana looked at him more closely. The moon outlined his features and his firm bearing. Then she lightly squeezed the hand that was already holding hers, as a silent response, as acceptance.
"Andrés learned his place," she said, not with pride, but with appreciation.
"You have chosen him. That is more valuable."
For a few steps, the silence returned, but it wasn't empty: it was full of understanding.
Luciana, still mounted on Andrés, straightened her back with subtle elegance, and looking at the horizon, added:
"Then stay there...
by my side, one step back and one step to the right.
Because only those who choose to stay stay."
Esteban nodded calmly. He didn't need to say more.
Luciana hadn't compared him. She had recognized him.
And so the three continued:
• Luciana, upright and confident, riding on loyalty.
• Andrés, steady and silent, being part of the path.
• Esteban, firm and serene, not as a shadow or a competitor, but as a companion.

Re: The bride

Luciana rides, accompanied by her boyfriend (3)

Esteban said: "If Andrés couldn't go any further now, and you had me at your disposal, what would you do?"

Luciana slowly turned her face toward Esteban, with the serenity of someone who had already thought everything through before being asked. Her gaze was profound, like that of someone who understands the weight of a choice, but also the value of loyalty.
Andrés's gait remained steady, although Esteban had noticed, perhaps with a mixture of intuition and veiled jealousy, that the effort was already building in his body.

Luciana didn't respond immediately. She let the silence do its part. Then, in a low, clear, unhurried voice, she said:
"If Andrés couldn't go any further...
first I would get off, help him up, and hug him.
Just because he falls doesn't mean he's less valuable.
And just because he doesn't continue to carry me doesn't mean he's less fulfilled."

Esteban nodded gently, but his eyes searched for something else, something between the lines.

Luciana continued:
"And then, if you are there, at my disposal, and if you offer it to me not out of jealousy or pride... but because you wish to carry me with love and will, then I would climb on top of you... as if you were someone who chooses to carry me, not someone who competes to do so."

Then she lowered her gaze, looking at him tenderly, and added:
"But if you did it just to replace him, I wouldn't allow it.
Because I am not a trophy, nor is he an obstacle.
Whoever carries me does so out of love, not for advantage."

Esteban took a deep breath. His heart beat faster. He had neither triumphed nor lost. He had received a clear truth, an open possibility, and a sincere invitation to be worthy of carrying it.

Luciana looked ahead again. Andrés continued moving forward. His pace was firm, although his muscles were already showing signs of fatigue. Luciana stroked her mount's hair gently, without saying a word.

And in that scene of moonlight, footsteps, and silence, the three of them knew that love, devotion, and loyalty aren't always resolved in black and white. Sometimes, they are walked. Step by step.

The moment was brief, but it left a profound impression.
Andrés stumbled.
It was almost imperceptible at first: a slight imbalance, a small slip. But his steps began to veer diagonally, shaky, as if his body was trying to resist the exhaustion but could no longer sustain it. Then, inevitably, he fell heavily into a sitting position, holding Luciana firmly on his shoulders.
It was a sharp blow. But, instinctively, Andrés had done what he always did for her: he let himself fall so that Luciana wouldn't be hurt, taking the impact himself. Andrés's arms tightened around Luciana's legs, Andrés's neck held the tension, and his body became a shield for the woman he was carrying.

Luciana didn't fall. She didn't stumble. She didn't suffer a scratch.
In a firm, swift movement, she gracefully dismounted from his shoulders, landing on her feet to the side. She immediately turned to Andrés with a mixture of concern and gratitude in her eyes.
"Andrés!" she exclaimed, kneeling beside him.
Esteban also reacted instantly, approaching quickly, but without intruding. He maintained a cautious distance, attentive, without stealing from Luciana the spotlight of that intimate moment between her and her loyal mount.
Andrés's face was tense, his breathing labored, and one of his hands was on his knee. He had taken the brunt of the fall silently, without a cry, without a complaint. Even seated, he tried to stand upright as if his greatest fear was disappointing her.

Luciana, with a voice that now carried not command but deep tenderness, said to him:
"Don't strain yourself. You've already given more than your fair share."
And placing a hand on his cheek, she added:
"You carried me with honor. And you protected me, even when I fell."

A couple of attendants who had watched from afar approached to help tend to Andrés, who was trying to smile despite the pain. One of them murmured:
"He sacrificed himself for her... as always."

Luciana stood slowly, brushed the dust off her high boots, looked at Esteban, and a glance was enough for him to understand.

Esteban approached, firm, and stood in front of her, without saying a word.

She looked at him gravely, without triumph or haste.
"Are you ready?"

Esteban nodded.

Luciana climbed onto him.
Not like a dominant rider, but like a confident woman.
And so, the march continued.
A new mount, a different gait, but with the vivid memory of the one who fell to protect her.
As they advanced, Luciana turned her head to see Andrés being carefully tended. Their eyes met for a second.
She said nothing.
He said nothing.
But they both knew what that silence meant:
eternal respect.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (1)

Esteban, strong and determined, adapted decisively to Luciana's weight and rhythm. His steps were firm, and although it was the first time he had carried her in that context—as his chosen mount—he didn't falter. He walked with his back straight, his face serene, and the pride of knowing he wasn't carrying a body, but a commitment.

Luciana, for her part, was silent. Her back was erect, her hands resting gently on her thighs. She didn't use reins, spurs, or whip. Only her presence, her perfect balance, and the confidence of knowing she was supported.
The night air enveloped the scene, and the moon cast their long, united shadows on the road.
It was a journey without words, but full of meaning.
It wasn't a game, nor a habit. It was a choice.

From a distance, Andrés watched the scene, still seated, his leg bandaged and a cold bag on his shoulder. The attendants had moved away a little, giving him the space to be alone with his vision.
He saw her. Riding. But not on top of him.
And for the first time, he didn't feel jealousy, or anger, or defeat. He felt emptiness.

A deep emptiness, as if something inside him had let go and he didn't know if it would return.
"That's how it looks from the outside..." he thought.
I always felt her on top of me. I never saw her ride away on someone else's back.

His eyes moistened. He didn't cry out of jealousy. He cried for the change.
Because that departure confirmed something he'd always feared:
that the role he loved so much might be over.
But even in his sadness, he didn't stop looking with admiration.
Because it was her. Because it was Luciana. And because he had carried her with all his soul, until the last step his body could endure.

Luciana, from Esteban's shoulders, turned her head one last time before disappearing around a bend in the road.
Their eyes met.
She didn't smile.
She just gave him a long, serene look...
and lowered her head slightly. As a gesture of respect. Of gratitude. Of farewell.

Luciana continued to ride silently on Esteban's shoulders. Her body was firm, her posture erect, but her eyes looked ahead with unusual seriousness. The change of mount hadn't been just physical; it had also been symbolic. She felt the weight of the transition, Andrés's sacrifice, his silent loyalty.
Esteban sensed it. He sensed her sadness in the slight weight of her breathing, in how she said nothing, not even a witty comment, not one of her defiant smiles. Then she did something she'd never done before while he was carrying her:
"Hiiiiiiiii!" She let out a playful whinny, breaking the silence.

Luciana blinked, surprised. Her body bounced slightly as Esteban gave two small hops, as if imitating the short trot of a lively horse. Then, he smoothly quickened his pace, cantering like a steed in an open field, with deliberately rhythmic movements, emphasizing each footfall.

Luciana let out a stifled laugh, her first since Andrés fell. Esteban, motivated, raised his knees a little higher and galloped smoothly, without losing his balance, twisting his body in an elegant semicircle that made her laugh even louder.
"Esteban!" Luciana exclaimed, finally with a spark in her voice. "Are you really playing my horse?"

Esteban, without pausing, retorted:
"What else can a horse do when its rider is sad?"

Luciana placed both hands on her thighs, leaned forward, and rested her forehead on the back of Esteban's neck, hugging him gently from behind.
"Thank you..." she murmured.

He felt that warmth against his skin and, without another word, slowed his pace to a gentle trot, then to a slow walk.
Luciana stood up again, her smile restored, her spirit lighter. Despite the pain, the change, she was still riding. And although Andrés's silence weighed on her soul, Esteban's playful effort reminded her that she was still loved, carried, and cared for.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (2)

Esteban, carrying her on his shoulders, felt the mischievous air in Luciana's voice. It was the sign he'd been waiting for: she was back to her old self, with that mix of firmness and charm, of power and playfulness that made her unique.

"I bridle, saddle, ride, and lead my horses," she said with a playful smile, "using reins, whip, and spurs."

Esteban didn't stop or lower his head. He only turned his face slightly so she could see his expression from above: a half-smile laden with irony and complicity.
"And you, my rider," he replied, "will you do that with me too?
Or am I just a rebellious colt who needs your care?"

Luciana leaned forward slightly, lowering her voice, brushing his ear with her warm breath.
"It depends... are you a horse worthy of being broken in?" Or one who needs to learn to obey?

Esteban, without thinking, let out a soft, exaggerated whinny, as he had done before, and gave a small, playful jump that made her laugh again, this time louder, clearer.
"So..." he said, "tell me what you want, my rider."

Luciana straightened her back, placed her hands on her hips, and responded theatrically:
"Firm stride, elegant elevation, head high, and without swerving!
And if you distract me, I'll use the whip!"

Esteban obeyed dramatically: he raised his legs high as he walked, marked each step with precision, and even made an imaginary trot sound with his mouth. The moment was as ridiculous as it was tender, as symbolic as it was real.

Luciana reigned.
And Esteban didn't just lead her: he celebrated her.

Luciana leaned forward on Esteban's shoulders, and in that voice of hers—half sweet, half command disguised as a joke—she said:
"Okay, okay... I have a bridle and saddle in my bag.
I'll dismount and get you ready."

Esteban felt a chill run down his spine, opened his eyes in mock surprise, but didn't respond. He just stopped in his tracks, keeping his balance, waiting for Luciana's next move.

Luciana slowly dismounted from Esteban's shoulders, with the grace of a rider who had done this many times before. When she reached the ground, she lightly shook out her tight jeans, arranged her hair, and took out the small black bag that hung at her side.
She opened it theatrically.
From there, she extracted a thin leather bridle, a small detachable saddle with soft straps, and—with a barely contained smile—muttered:
"You'll behave yourself... right, Esteban?"

He looked at her with a mixture of respect, amusement, and a slight hint of nervousness.
"If you're going to bridle and saddle me...
let it be with style."

Luciana smiled broadly. She approached, placed the bit in Esteban's mouth, and slipped the bridle over Esteban's head, adjusting it. Then she placed the saddle on Esteban's shoulders, adjusting the straps around his chest and waist with firm movements. Finally, she placed the stirrups and adjusted the sash, all while smiling, focused, like someone performing a ritual she knows by heart.
"Ready," she said, gently patting his back.
"You are now mine. Formally."

Esteban let out a small laugh, took a deep breath, and then thought:
"Your mount is ready, my rider.
Just tell me where... and you will ride."

Luciana placed her foot in the stirrup, gracefully pushed off, and climbed onto it, sitting securely in the saddle.
She took the reins and, from high above, surveying the road ahead, said with a triumphant smile:
"Onward, my steed.
But be careful... if you stumble, I'll put horseshoes on you too!"

They both laughed, and the march resumed, more symbolic, more united, more their own.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (3)

Luciana, sitting firm and glorious on the saddle she had placed herself, took the reins naturally, as if they had always been in her hands. From high above, she calmly observed the landscape before them, but her attention was focused on the one leading her: her mount, Esteban.
With a gentle pressure of her spurs on her horse's flanks and a tug on the reins, Luciana led him.
"Gentle... pace," she commanded in a clear voice.

Esteban obeyed without hesitation. His steps were firm and rhythmic, adjusting his gait to the beat Luciana subtly set. She felt every movement beneath her body, the harmonious sway of being led, and the feeling of absolute power that arose not from punishment, but from surrender.

She guided him. He obeyed.
"To the left," Luciana commanded, lightly flicking a rein and elegantly turning her torso.
Esteban turned.

"To the right..." she commanded, her tone gentle but firm.
He responded instantly, without a word, only with movement, attentive to his rider, hanging on every instruction.

Luciana didn't use the whip. She only kept it hanging at her side, as a symbolic reminder of the power she could wield, but didn't need to use. Obedience flowed without punishment.

"Stop."
Esteban stopped.

Luciana smiled. From her height, she calmly gazed at the horizon, took a deep breath, and said:
"Perfect. Good boy."
And with one hand, she stroked his head, lowering the intensity of the moment, gifting him with tenderness.
The breeze moved her hair as if greeting the world. She didn't seem to simply ride. She seemed to reign.
And yet, there was no empty pride in her. Only full awareness of her power, her place, and the bond she created with the person carrying her.

In the distance, as she led Esteban with elegance and firmness, Luciana looked up, and her smile slowly faded.
Through the night mist and the whispers of the wind, she saw a stretcher being carried by two men.
On it, motionless but conscious, was Andrés.
His body covered with a light blanket, his leg extended and bandaged, his arm resting carefully on his chest. They were taking him to the health center.

Luciana stopped Esteban with a squeeze of the reins.
His back remained straight, but his eyes darkened with concern. From a distance, Andrés looked at her, weakly, with a mixture of pride, pain, and sweet resignation.

Luciana said nothing. She didn't need to.
From perched on top of Esteban, she slowly removed the hat she was wearing and placed it on her chest. It was her way of showing respect, gratitude, affection. In the distance, Andrés closed his eyes with a faint smile.

Esteban, sensing the change in her, remained motionless, waiting without question.
"Go slowly," she said in a low voice. "Let him see that I'm moving forward... but not without thinking of him."

The march continued, now slower, more solemn.

Luciana didn't lose her poise, but a knot formed inside her.
"You'll recover..." she whispered. "And you'll carry me again. You know it."
And so, between the strength of the present and the shadow of the past, Luciana continued riding, carrying one in her soul and the other beneath her body.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (4)

Esteban, without slowing his pace, but slowing it down, caught up with the stretcher bearers carrying Andrés. Luciana, perched on Esteban's shoulders, maintained her composure, but her gaze became intense. Her eyes met Andrés's.

He, reclining but lucid, raised his head slightly, making an effort. His voice was soft, almost a whisper broken by emotion, but clear:
"You look... spectacular while riding.
Before... I didn't have the privilege of admiring you like this,
because I was always your horse."

Luciana felt a shudder. The phrase hit her straight in the chest.
For a moment, she was speechless. His silence wasn't coldness, but restraint: it contained an enormous emotion, which she couldn't allow to overflow right now.
He leaned slightly and said in a low voice, so that the orderlies couldn't hear him:
"And you did it with so much love that I...
never noticed how much I was depriving you of seeing me."

Andrés smiled weakly and shifted his gaze to Esteban for a moment:
"Take care of her," he said, not as a warning, but as a blessing.

Esteban nodded respectfully, saying nothing. He understood the depth of the moment and didn't need to embellish it with words.

Luciana made an immediate decision. With a heavy heart, she gently ordered:
"Stop, Esteban."

He did.

Luciana dismounted gracefully, carefully. She approached Andrés, crouched down beside him, took his hand, and brought it to her cheek.
"Rest.
But when you return, promise me that I will ride you again... at least once more. Not out of duty. Out of pleasure. So that this time... you will see me."

Andrés nodded, his tears still lingering. The moment was silent, sacred, and the wind seemed to remain still only out of respect.

Luciana tenderly kissed Andrés's forehead, stood up, gently rode Esteban again, and without turning, said firmly:
"Take me.
But slowly... I want him to be able to see us until the last step."

And so, the march continued.

As Esteban resumed his march, carrying Luciana with slow, measured steps, the stretcher bearers advanced beside him, gently carrying Andrés. The air held a special silence, as if the entire town were breathing more slowly in honor of that moment.

Luciana, majestic above Esteban, maintained her upright posture, her hands resting gently on her thighs, her gaze fixed on Andrés. With each step, her hair moved in the wind and the leather of her boots creaked solemnly.

As she moved even closer, Andrés—reclining but lucid—slowly raised a hand, searching for something… and touched Luciana's high boot.
His fingers, trembling but determined, rested on the firmness of the shiny black leather that covered her leg to the knee. He touched it as if he were touching a memory, a devotion, a farewell, or a promise.

Luciana looked down, and seeing Andrés caressing and holding her boot, she smiled tenderly. A smile of gratitude, of understanding, of deep recognition.
She said nothing.
She didn't need to.
That smile of his—warm, genuine, gentle—said everything:
"I'm here.
I see you.
I honor you.
And you, as always… continue to support me."

The orderlies didn't interrupt the gesture. Neither did Esteban. He continued moving forward gently, as if that contact were sacred. Andrés slowly dropped the boot and dropped his hand to his chest, closing his eyes with a peace he had rarely felt.

Luciana looked at the horizon and sighed deeply.
Then, she whispered in a barely audible voice:
"Go ahead, Esteban."
And he obeyed.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (5)

The next day, Luciana woke up early, even though she hadn't slept well. The image of Andrés on the stretcher, his soft voice, Andrés's hand caressing Luciana's boot... all of that kept going around in her mind. After getting dressed, she went downstairs and found her mother, Doña Pilar, preparing some tea in the kitchen.
"Mom," Luciana asked bluntly, sitting nearby, "how is Andrés?"

Doña Pilar didn't respond immediately. She stirred the cup for a moment, placed it on the table, and sat down opposite her.
"He has a moderate injury to his right leg," she said in a calm, yet firm tone. "It's not serious, but he'll need rest, maybe a splint or physical therapy... his recovery will take weeks."

Luciana nodded silently.

Then Doña Pilar looked at her with that mixture of authority and affection that only mothers know how to combine.
“Don Ramiro, André’s father, was furious. They told him his son fell while you were riding him… he went to the health post to demand an explanation.”

Luciana opened her eyes, but Doña Pilar raised a hand to calm her.
“I had to impose myself on him. I told him, ‘If you have so much energy, use it to be ridden by me. That way you’ll calm down.’”

Luciana couldn’t help but smile.
“And he did it?” she asked, amused.

“Of course he did. Three complete laps around the block of the health post, and he didn’t even complain,” Doña Pilar replied with a proud half-smile.
Then the mother’s face turned serious again.
“Daughter, Andrés will be your horse again. But that will take time.
And now I ask you: who will be your horse while he can’t be?”

Luciana, completely matter-of-factly, answered without hesitation:
“Esteban.” There was no doubt in her voice or her gaze.

Pilar observed her for a few seconds in silence… and finally nodded.
"Then treat him well," she said. "And don't mistake his devotion for obligation."

Luciana looked at her, and for the first time that morning, her smile was softer, more introspective.
"I will, Mom."

Luciana and Pilar walked side by side in the mid-morning sun, both radiating presence and firmness, so similar and yet so different.

Luciana, with her white hat tilted stylishly to one side, her dark glasses hiding her determined gaze, her black cropped top revealing her firm abdomen, and her white Lycra shorts outlining her athletic shape, walked confidently. Her knee-high black leather boots, high heels and golden spurs, echoed with each step, a clack-clack marking the rhythm of her gait. She was a picture of youthful authority, almost defiant, and absolutely self-possessed.

Beside her, Doña Pilar, wearing the same white hat and dark glasses, wore an impeccable white fitted blouse that contrasted with her white jodhpurs, highlighting her mature poise and elegance. Her white leather boots, also knee-high and high-heeled, shone in the sun, adorned with softly clinking spurs. She was the dignified image of a woman who knows her worth, self-confident, respected not only for her role as a mother and nurse, but for her unwavering character.

The two of them walked as if they were walking on a catwalk, though they weren't trying to impress. They impressed effortlessly.

"And you're saying Andrés's father agreed to be ridden by you three times around the block?" Luciana asked with a half smile.

"He didn't just agree," Doña Pilar replied. "He did it without complaint." Although he snorted like an old bull, he ended up calmer.
Sometimes, men need to carry weight to release tension.

They both laughed, a dry, elegant laugh, without exaggeration.

Luciana clicked her spurs as they turned toward the path that led to the health post.

"Let's go see Andrés," said Doña Pilar. "

But go in carefully. The doctor said not to upset him."

"I won't upset him, Mama.
I just want him to see me."

Luciana lifted her chin, the sun bathing her firm face.
The sound of the spurs, the creak of the leather, the determination in her steps... everything announced her arrival before she even knocked on the door.

Re: The bride

Luciana Rides Her Boyfriend (6)

The sound of spurs echoed with each firm step, marking the rhythm of Luciana and Doña Pilar's march through the immaculate corridors of the health center. People who heard their arrival turned around without even seeing them, knowing from the metallic echo that the two ladies were entering, imposing, serene, and dressed to be seen and respected.

Luciana, upon hearing that Don Ramiro was in Andrés's room, paused for a moment. She took a deep breath. Not out of fear, but from the weight of the moment.

Doña Pilar, without slowing her pace, calmly whispered to her:
"You have to face him. I'm with you."

Luciana nodded determinedly and continued.

They both pushed open the door. The scene inside froze for a moment.

Don Ramiro, standing next to his son's stretcher, turned at the sound of the spurs. Seeing them enter—black and white, mother and daughter, power and temperance—his hardened expression, that of a worried father, cracked.

Solemnly, he knelt before Doña Pilar and kissed her boots, with a mixture of guilt and respect.
"Doña Pilar... I apologize for what happened last night."

Doña Pilar was quick to respond. Her composure was evident in her voice, but also her nobility.
"Don't worry, Ramiro. Your reaction was natural.
Besides... I rode you. And you did well."

Don Ramiro raised his gaze slightly and, almost with a hint of relief, said in a firm voice:
"I'll do it again... as many times as you wish."

Luciana, still without speaking, maintained an upright posture, her spurs motionless, her black boots contrasting with the pale ground.

Then Don Ramiro crawled toward Luciana on all fours, lowered his gaze, kissed Luciana's boots, and, in a slow but sincere voice, spoke:
"Forgive me, miss.
My son will take a while to recover.
In the meantime, if you agree, I could...
be your horse whenever, however, and wherever you wish."

Silence filled the room for a moment.

Luciana looked at him directly. Not coldly, but with the calm strength of a woman who knows what she stands for. Her lips curved slightly in a half-smile.
"Thank you, Don Ramiro.
I'll consider it... and when I decide, I'll let you know.
Because I know you... keep your word."

Doña Pilar watched the scene with satisfaction. Andrés, from the stretcher, gave a silent smile.

And the sun shining through the window outlined the shapes of the two ladies with gleaming spurs, who hadn't come to impose, but to be recognized for what they already were.

The door opened gently, and Esteban entered with a determined but respectful stride. He wore a serene expression, as if he fully understood the delicacy of the moment. Seeing Luciana and Doña Pilar standing next to Andrés, he removed his hat in a sign of respect and greeted him with a slight bow.
"Good morning, everyone. I came as soon as I knew you were here," he said in a clear voice.

Luciana looked at him and nodded. Doña Pilar also gave him a cordial smile.
Esteban cast a warm glance at Andrés, who, from the stretcher, responded with a slight smile.

Then, Don Ramiro broke the brief silence with a clear voice, assuming his role without drama:
"Andrés, I must be ridden by Doña Pilar while Esteban is ridden by Luciana." She can't leave alone, and you need rest.

Andrés nodded without hesitation. There was no resentment on his face, only a mixture of acceptance, dignity… and deep respect for everyone present.
"It's fine, Papa," he said in a calm voice. "And thank you all for your visit."

Luciana took a step closer, looked at him directly, and in a gentle but firm tone, said:
"Rest, Andrés.
We need you strong.
There are riders that only you can lead…"

Andrés looked into her eyes, and although his body was weak, his gaze was full of life.

Luciana put the bit, bridle, and saddle on Esteban and Don Ramiro, Luciana rode Esteban, and Doña Pilar rode Don Ramiro.

And so, they left the room, the sound of spurs marking each step in the hallway, while from the stretcher, Andrés watched them walk away... with pride, and with the hope that soon he would walk again—or be ridden—by them.

Re: The bride

The Dream

The sun was beginning to set over the town, tinting the cobblestone streets and flower-filled balconies with gold. The church bells rang out, announcing a unique event. It wasn't just any wedding. It was Luciana's wedding.

She appeared riding—not on a horse, but on Esteban, her lover, who advanced solemnly, riding on his shoulders. He didn't do it out of obligation, but with pride, because for him, Luciana was his queen, his rider, his everything. With each firm step, Esteban confirmed his devotion. Behind them, a group of men from the town marched on their knees in reverence, bowing their heads to the woman who had captivated them all.

Luciana looked majestic. She wore a white dress short in the front and long in the back, like the train of a wedding dress. The corset emphasized her wasp waist and revealed her tanned shoulders. On her head, a white cowboy hat with gold details replaced the traditional veil, and on her legs, knee-high boots with golden spurs clinked her presence with every step.

Her face reflected emotion, but also determination. It was an act of love, yes, but also of power, of identity, of being herself all the way to the altar.

In front of the church, the priest was waiting for her. But before entering, she stroked Esteban's hair and said, in that sweet, firm voice that characterized her:
"Today I ride you toward a new life, Esteban. Because love is not domination, it's choice. And I choose you."

The audience applauded excitedly. The ladies looked at her with admiration, the men with devotion. It was a unique ceremony. At the altar, Luciana dismounted, and Esteban stood up, taking Luciana's hand, still bearing the mark of the ground on Esteban's knees. They both smiled. Luciana looked radiant, unforgettable. An icon.

The wedding will be remembered: not for its luxury, but because she never stopped being Luciana, the rider who rode dreams… even the dream of marrying the love of her life.

Suddenly, Luciana slowly opened her eyes, a smile still on her lips and her heart pounding. The morning light filtered through her bedroom window, caressing her tanned face and igniting golden sparkles in her dark brown hair.

She stretched with feline elegance, feeling the excitement of the dream she had just experienced in her body.
"What a wonderful dream!" she exclaimed with a mixture of joy and longing.

Luciana sat up in bed, still dressed in her cotton pajamas. She placed a hand on her chest, right where her heart was beating wildly, and closed her eyes for a moment. She could still hear the clinking of her golden spurs, feel the firmness of Esteban's shoulders beneath her, the warmth of his love and devotion. It was as if her soul had truly ridden.

She looked toward the coat rack. There were her high-heeled brown boots, clean and shiny, as if waiting for her to dream again, to walk—or ride—her own destiny again.

She stood up, went to the mirror, and looked at herself. Her curvaceous shape, her loose hair slightly tousled, her gaze still luminous with the echo of sleep… irritating.
"It wasn't just a dream…" she whispered. "It was a vision."

And in that instant, Luciana knew that no matter how much it cost, she would have a wedding like this, where she could proudly ride her love story. Not just for herself. But also for Esteban… and for everything they represented together.

That same morning, a few blocks away, Esteban also opened his eyes suddenly, taking a deep breath. He lay there for a few seconds, staring at the ceiling, trying to reproduce what he had experienced in his dream. His heart was beating rapidly, not from fear... but from an intense and sweet emotion.
"Was it real?" he murmured. "No... it was a dream. What a dream..."

He had dreamed that Luciana was riding on his shoulders through the town streets amidst music, flowers, and applause. She was dressed in white, radiant, with that cowboy queen bearing of hers, and he, with the strength of his love, was proudly carried, not feeling Luciana's weight, only the joy. He remembered perfectly how she stroked his hair and spoke to him with sweetness and determination.

He sat on the edge of his bed, took a sip of water, and smiled to himself.
"If that was my future... I'm ready."

Then, as if an invisible force were guiding them, Luciana and Esteban met hours later in the plaza, right where they usually gaze at each other with those eyes that speak louder than words. She was walking with her usual firm stride, dressed in tight jeans, a white top, and her inseparable high-heeled boots. He was wearing a light blue shirt with his sleeves rolled up, nervous but happy to see her.

When their eyes met, they both knew something had happened.
"Did you sleep well?" he asked with a smile.

"A lot. And I dreamed something... special," she replied, with a luminous expression.

Esteban stared at her, surprised.
"Did I carry you on my shoulders... were you dressed in white, with a cowboy hat and golden spurs?"

Luciana's eyes widened, her hand rising to her lips.
"You too?!" they exclaimed in unison, laughing like two children discovering the same secret.

They sat on a bench under the shade of a tree, holding hands, as the leaves danced in the wind. They shared the details of their dreams, each coincidence thrilling them more.
"It must mean something," Esteban said. "I don't think it was just my imagination."

Luciana looked at him and, in that always captivating voice of hers, whispered:
"It wasn't a dream. It was a promise."

And so, amid laughter, deep gazes, and the sweet scent of the town, the decision was born to plan their wedding... not as everyone expected, but as they dreamed it.

Re: The bride

The Riding (1)

The afternoon was beginning to turn golden when Andrés strode firmly toward Luciana in the town square. He had been searching for her. He had been dreaming of this moment for days, and seeing her made his heart beat faster.

Luciana looked at him with tenderness, but also with authority. Her imposing presence needed no words. She was wearing a beige cropped top, tight jeans, and her signature high-heeled boots with golden spurs that glittered in the setting sun. Her cowboy hat rested slightly tilted on her head, and a braid fell over her shoulder.

Andrés stopped a step away from her and respectfully lowered his gaze. Then, without her needing to ask, he took position: he squatted down, aligning his shoulders, ready to receive her. Luciana smiled sweetly and proudly.
"You've come with a willing heart, Andrés," she said as she approached.

With elegance, Luciana bridled Andrés, then placed a light saddle on Andrés's back. She adjusted the straps with her own hands while he remained silent, feeling his chest expand not only with excitement, but with the honor of being ridden by her.

When everything was ready, she settled firmly and gracefully on him. She took the reins, gently placed his boots in the stirrups, and exhaled with satisfaction.
"Go forward, Andrés. Carry me like in a dream."

Esteban stood beside Luciana. He looked serene and happy, holding a small white flag with a red heart painted on it. He walked beside Luciana, not as Andrés's rival, but as his queen's companion. His gaze showed no jealousy or insecurity: only devotion and pride. He knew Luciana was no one's possession... but she was the center of everything.

The scene was unforgettable: Luciana, riding Andrés, being carried with dignity and solemnity, while Esteban accompanied her as a faithful escort, attentive to her every step, every gesture.

Esteban said to Luciana, "You just said, 'Go forward, Andrés. Carry me like in a dream.' What dream are you talking about?"

Luciana smiled upon hearing Esteban's question. From high above, riding elegantly on Andrés's shoulders, she turned her face slightly toward Esteban, without losing her poise or serenity.
The sun bathed her silhouette in a warm light, and her golden spurs clinked softly as she moved a leg.
"From the same dream you had," she replied in that melodious voice that seemed to envelop the air itself. "The one that visited us that same night. Do you remember? Me riding you, you being guided by me, the plaza filled with flowers... a different wedding, unforgettable, ours."

Esteban looked at her in amazement. He paused for a moment and then walked closer beside her, as if reassuring himself that what he heard was real.
"Did you dream it too? I didn't know if I should tell you... I was afraid it was just a wish of mine."

Luciana laughed softly, and her laughter was like a caress.
"It wasn't just your wish, Esteban. Nor just mine. It was a shared promise. In that dream, you accompanied me, as you do now. Andrés was ridden by me, as I am now. And I moved forward, proud, loved, free."

Esteban, moved, nodded. He lowered his gaze for a moment, and then raised it decisively.
"Then we will make it real, Luciana. If it was a dream, it will also be destiny. We will plan it just as we saw it. We will make it ours."

She looked at him with sweetness and conviction.
"We have already begun."

Andrés, silent, felt the moment vibrate in his back. It wasn't just a transport. It was part of something bigger: a symbol, an offering, a choice.

And so they continued, with Luciana standing tall, Esteban firmly at her side, and Andrés advancing with dignity. Three hearts united by the same dream, and now, by the same reality that was beginning to take shape step by step… beneath the boots of the rider.

Re: The bride

The Riding (2)

Esteban slowed his pace. The evening breeze blew gently, stirring the loose strands of Luciana's hair. She remained perched on Andrés's shoulders, staring straight ahead, but her silence had spoken volumes.
"Will Andrés be the best man at our wedding?" Esteban asked, with a hint of genuine curiosity, no trace of anger.

Luciana slowly lowered her gaze to his. Her gaze, gentle but firm, softened as she placed a hand on Andrés's head, digging her fingers into his hair with a meaningful caress.
"Andrés doesn't want to be the best man at our wedding..." she said in a measured voice, letting each word fall with purpose.
She paused briefly, as if gauging what was coming.
"...he wants to be the..." and fell silent.

Esteban watched her intently. He didn't need to complete the sentence. The way she caressed Andrés, the way he stood firm under her weight, without complaining, without seeking glory... it said it all.

Luciana didn't need to translate what his gesture already screamed: Andrés didn't want to be at the side of the altar... he wanted to be beneath her, part of the journey, as support, as silent devotion, as a symbol of surrender.

Esteban, instead of feeling left out, took a deep breath. He took a step closer and placed his hand on Andrés's shoulder, right where she was sitting.
"Then that's it. Not everyone is born for the altar... some are born for the journey. And you do it with pride, brother."

Andrés didn't say a word; the bit prevented him from speaking, but his body seemed to strengthen.

Luciana leaned her torso forward a little, bringing her face closer to Esteban's. She looked at him with tenderness, with admiration.
"That's why I love you."

—"And that's why I want to walk with you. Riding with me, if you dream it that way. By your side, if you choose."

The moment hung in the air, like a promise sealed by the light of twilight. A wedding like no other, born of a shared dream, of true love… and of the silent loyalty of one who preferred to be the foundation rather than the witness.

As they walked along the stone path amid the gaze of the town, the silence grew deeper than any words. Only the rhythmic tapping of Andrés's footsteps, Luciana's spurs softly clinking, and the crunching of dry leaves as Esteban walked could be heard. But in their minds, the words overflowed.

Andrés, though steadfast, felt his heart pounding beneath the saddle.
—"Truly… I wish to be her groom."
"Ever since I saw her on that stage, among the golden dust and the sun illuminating her hair... I knew I was lost. But she chose Esteban."
"And me? Just a horse? A symbol? A shadow beneath her splendor?"
"But like this... if that's the place she gives me, I'll accept it. Because carrying her is better than not having her around."
His breathing remained controlled, but the weight on his chest was heavier than that of his crouched body.

Up above, Luciana, riding with pride and composure, was no stranger to what Andrés felt. She knew him too well. She knew how to read the subtle tensions in Andrés's neck, the prolonged silence, the way his steps became more measured when she caressed him.
"Andrés wants to be my boyfriend."
"He's wanted to for a long time... and I've known it."
"But I love Esteban. He's my companion, my reflection, the man who walks by my side, not just carries me."

She paused for a moment when she saw Esteban looking at her with sincere devotion.
"Andrés is noble. Loyal. Perhaps more than many who boast of love without devotion."
"I hope one day he'll find a good woman... someone like me. Although... who knows?"
"Fate is sometimes rebellious. What if...?"

She didn't finish that thought. She dismissed it like a breeze that never stops.
She gently stroked Andrés's head, as if that could calm the turmoil she imagined inside him. It wasn't mockery, nor pity. It was tenderness. And perhaps... a hint of nostalgia for what never was, nor would ever be.

Re: The bride

The Riding (3)

As he continued walking beside Luciana, Esteban remained silent, but his mind wasn't. He watched how Luciana rode gracefully on Andrés's shoulders, how she caressed him tenderly, how he carried her with a serene and constant strength, without complaint, without hesitation.

And then, the thought came, inevitable, like a whisper he couldn't ignore:
"Andrés... few are as faithful as he is."
"His devotion to Luciana is absolute. He's always there, without expecting anything in return, as if his soul had no other desire than to see her happy."

He remembered so many scenes: Andrés carrying her, seeking her without needing to be called, appearing whenever Luciana needed him... and also that silent sparkle in her eyes whenever she smiled at him.
"His devotion to Luciana is admirable... and powerful."
"But... what if it's not just devotion?"
"Doesn't he want to be Luciana's boyfriend?"

The thought struck him deeply. Not with anger, nor with immediate jealousy, but with a restlessness that he didn't know if it was fear or simple lucidity.

He looked at Luciana, who stood upright, serene, gently touching Andrés's head. And then he looked at Andrés, whose back carried the weight of a goddess... and perhaps also the weight of an impossible love.

Esteban sighed deeply. He couldn't blame him. Who wouldn't want to love Luciana?
But then he thought:
"If he loves her... and carries her like this with his head held high, without disturbing our bond, without trying to get in the way... then he is stronger than many."

And in that moment, without words, Esteban felt something new for Andrés: profound respect. Not only for his physical strength, but for the temperance of his soul.
"And if one day Luciana noticed something more... something that goes beyond loyalty..."
He didn't finish the thought. She simply stored it away, as one stores away feelings that must not yet be named.

But the day progressed. And with it, the certainty that this wedding would be more than a union: it would be the convergence of desires, dreams… and renunciations.

The sun was slowly descending over the horizon, dyeing the sky with orange and pink hues. A gentle breeze stirred the leaves of the trees and caressed Luciana's cinnamon-colored skin, which glowed in the sunset light.
Riding majestically on Andrés's shoulders, Luciana lightly raised the leather reins she held skillfully. The gesture was precise and delicate, yet firm. Andrés, attentive to every signal, stopped immediately, still and obedient like a living statue. Obedience was not humiliation… it was pure devotion.

With feline elegance, Luciana stretched gently, stretching her arms upward, gently creaking her bones, with a soft sigh of pleasure.
"Ahhh..." she exhaled, like someone who has been on her throne for a long time and allows herself a pause.

Then, naturally, she placed her hands on her own thighs, as if affirming her place and further dominating the scene from her elevated position. Her golden spurs shone in the last rays of the day. The wind stirred her loose hair, and her cowboy hat cast a perfect shadow over her face.
Luciana turned her head slightly to her right, where Esteban was walking, always attentive, always present. Her honey-colored gaze, serene and mischievous, rested on him while a smile rested on her full lips.
"Beautiful scenery, isn't it, Esteban?" she asked, in a melodic and relaxed tone, as if she were on the terrace of a hacienda, contemplating what was hers.

Esteban stopped too, looking around: the open field, the trees, the sky tinged with soft fire… and above all, her, riding with total authority over Andrés, who waited silently, on all fours, stable and steady, like a human pedestal that never wavered.
"Yes, Luciana. It's beautiful…" he replied, though his eyes never left her.
"…but nothing compares to the view right here, in front of me."

Luciana laughed softly, satisfied, powerful. Her fingers drummed on her own thighs. She knew she was part of the landscape… the most striking part of all.
"Let's stay a moment longer," she said.
"I want this memory to be etched firmly in our souls."

And so it was. As the breeze continued to blow and the sun bid farewell to the day, Luciana stood over Andrés like a queen on her steed, mistress of the moment, the landscape… and hearts.

Re: The bride

The Riding (4)

From her elevated position, riding elegantly on Andrés's shoulders, Luciana opened a small leather bag hanging at her side. She calmly took out a pair of padded earmuffs, black with gold details that matched her spurs. Andrés remained silent, still, obedient as always, without question.

Gently, Luciana leaned her torso forward slightly and placed the earmuffs over her human horse's ears. She adjusted the straps on the sides of Andrés's face, gently stroking his hair in the process. Then she stood up again, keeping her gaze fixed on the horizon.

Esteban, at her side, watched everything with curiosity. Luciana did nothing without intention. He knew it well. And that… disconcerted him.
"Why did you put those earmuffs on him?" he asked frankly, looking up at her.

Luciana smiled, but her expression was a mixture of sweetness, mystery… and strategy.
"So he doesn't hear," she replied, her voice calm.

Her tone was free of cruelty. It was simple, direct. Like someone who plays soft music in a room before delivering important news. Like someone who protects someone… from what they don't need to hear.

Esteban frowned slightly, not angry, just thoughtful.
"And what shouldn't he hear?" he asked, without taking his eyes off her.

Luciana lowered her gaze to Esteban, studied him for a second, then narrowed her eyes with an enigmatic smile.
"Sometimes silence is more protective than words. Andrés already carries enough on his shoulders. He doesn't need to carry certain truths as well."

And then, with her hand still on his thigh, she kicked Andrés's spurs against his sides. He, still wearing his earmuffs, resumed his walk docilely, unaware that Luciana and Esteban were about to have a conversation... that only two people should hear.

As they walked along the path bathed in the warm light of the sunset, the silence between Luciana and Esteban was intimate, thick, almost suspended. Andrés, wearing his earmuffs, walked obediently, oblivious to the conversation taking place right behind him.

Luciana, from her elevated position, looked at the horizon, but her mind was far away. She lowered her gaze slightly toward Esteban and, in a soft voice, as if speaking a truth she had avoided saying out loud for a long time, said:
"Andrés doesn't have a girlfriend."
She didn't say it with pity, but with a mixture of realization and slight concern. She knew why. She knew what was in Andrés's heart, even if he never said it.

Esteban, who was walking with his hands behind his back, replied without looking at her:
"He's still young, Luciana, he's five years younger than you. It's still early."

Luciana was silent for a few seconds. The wind gently moved the ends of her braid, and her golden spurs clinked with the rhythm of her mount's gait. Finally, she murmured:
"Yes... but youth is no shield against unrequited love."

Esteban slowed his pace. Luciana noticed and glanced at him. He sighed, like someone who had realized something he didn't want to fully admit.
"Do you think he's suffering?" she asked.

Luciana didn't respond immediately. Instead, she ran her fingers through Andrés's hair once more, stroking it tenderly... but also sadly. Then, with a look of seriousness, she said:
"I think his greatest pain... is that I know."

Luciana straightened her back, moved the reins with a slight flick of her wrist to slow Andrés down, and placed her hands back on her thighs. Her gaze remained fixed on the landscape, although her words were filled with something else, something that belonged not to what was seen, but to what was felt.
"I never told him I liked him."

Esteban nodded slowly, walking beside her. His voice was low but firm:
"And he never told you. But he didn't have to, did he?"

Luciana smiled, barely.
"No... he didn't have to."
She remained silent for a few more steps, until she added:
"He became my horse of his own free will. He never complained, never asked for anything in return. But sometimes, when I stroke him, I feel his soul ache."

Esteban stopped again, this time looking at the ground. The breeze lifted a little of the dust from the road. He looked up and said honestly:
"And yet he's still there, with you. Not out of habit, not out of obedience. Out of love."

Luciana looked at him directly.
"Do you think I should dismount?"

Re: The bride

The Riding (5)

Esteban held her gaze for a few seconds, then looked at Andrés, who remained in position, earmuffs on, walking steadily.
"Only you can decide that... but if you ever do it, do it with tenderness. Because for him, not carrying you... will be like not breathing."

Luciana looked down at Andrés. Her expression became softer, more intimate. Then she looked back at Esteban.
"Sometimes I wonder if I love him too."

Esteban frowned slightly.
"Do you love him as a woman... or as a Queen loves her most loyal knight or horse?"

Luciana considered this. Her voice, when it came, was barely a whisper:
"Maybe both. But... is it right for him?"

Esteban didn't respond immediately. They both continued moving forward in silence, only the sound of spurs, footsteps, and the song of a distant bird filling the air. Finally, Esteban murmured:
"Love has never been a matter of justice, Luciana. Only truth."

And the truth, in that moment, seemed heavier than ever.

As he carries Luciana on his back, Andrés experiences a deep mix of emotions that envelop him from within, even though on the outside he appears serene, firm, obedient.

Since Luciana placed the earmuffs on him, the world has become quieter for him, as if everything foreign had disappeared, as if only his own thoughts existed... and her.

He feels the warmth of Luciana's firm thighs on either side of his neck, the soft weight of Luciana's body on top of him, and it produces a mixture of pride, tenderness, and pain.
Pride because he is Luciana's horse, the chosen one, the one who sustains her when she wants to rise above everyone else.

Tenderness, because every time she settles on top of him, every gentle gesture with which she strokes his hair or his neck, reminds him how much he silently loves her.
And pain… because he knows that this place, though sacred, is not her heart.

He thinks:
"I am close to her body, but far from her soul."
"I am her support, her rest, her height… but I am not her equal."

And yet, he wouldn't change a thing. If he could go back, he would offer his back again. Because being with her—even as a horse—is better than not being there at all.

Through the earmuffs, he can barely make out Luciana and Esteban's voices. He doesn't know what they are saying, but he notices the silences. And the silences tell him a lot.

In one of those silences, as he advances with the cadence of one who has accepted his role, Andrés closes his eyes for a moment. Not to sleep or rest... but to engrave in his memory the exact sensation of having Luciana on top of him: Luciana's weight, Luciana's perfume, the light brush of her boots against his sides, and the breeze lifting a lock of her hair that he can't see, but imagines dancing.

And he repeats to himself, like a mantra:
"As long as she needs me... I'll be here."

Luciana, from her elevated position over Andrés, her hands still resting on his thighs, slightly raised her chin and closed her eyes for a moment. The wind caressed her face. Something in the rhythm of her mount's steps, in Andrés's suppressed breathing, made him open his eyes with a sudden awareness.
"Esteban," she said suddenly, without looking at him. "He loves me."

Esteban, who was walking beside her, raised his eyebrows. He watched her in silence.

Re: The bride

The Riding (6)

Luciana lowered her gaze to Andrés's neck. She saw him advance steadily, docilely, but there was a distinct tension. A body language that only someone like her could read. His legs, his breathing, the way he tilted his head slightly as if her mere presence enveloped him. She didn't need words.
"He hasn't told me," she added, "but he doesn't need to. I feel it... in the way he surrenders, the way he stays still when I adjust, the way he breathes when I touch his hair."

Esteban nodded slowly.
"It's a strange kind of love, silent... but profound," he commented. "As if it were enough for him to take you."

Luciana lowered her right hand and gently brushed Andrés's hair between the earmuffs she herself had placed on him. He couldn't hear her, but he felt the touch... and his body seemed to shudder for a second.
"I don't know if it's fair for him," Luciana said, more to herself than to Esteban. I don't know if it's selfish of me to continue riding him like this, knowing he's doing it out of love. But at the same time... I don't want to get off.

Esteban looked at her gravely.
"Maybe because deep down, you need him too," he said. "Not as a lover. But as that someone who will always be there... without demanding anything from you."

Luciana remained silent. Her fingers continued to slowly caress Andrés. Then she murmured, as if speaking to herself:
"What if this silent love is more faithful than all the loves that are shouted?"

Esteban didn't answer. He knew that was a question that only time—and perhaps Luciana's heart—could answer.

Luciana said: "While others pretend to be my horses for pleasure or sin or lust or to later indulge themselves, Andrés is my horse out of love. I don't respect them and I avoid them, but Andrés deserves all my respect, and that's why I ride him."

Esteban looked at her silently. Luciana's words resonated like a verdict, firm and clear, as if each syllable had been carefully polished by the truth.

From her elevated position, with her back straight and her gaze straight ahead, Luciana looked like a queen pronouncing judgment. Her legs rested firmly on either side of Andrés, who continued to move forward docilely, hearing nothing, but feeling everything. The warmth of her body on him, the gentle pressure of her thighs, the touch of her hands on his back. The silence to which he had been condemned by the earmuffs did not prevent him from knowing that this moment was his. Totally his.

"So," Esteban said finally, with a hint of admiration and a certain contained sadness, "have you chosen him?"

Luciana nodded slowly.
"Not as a lover," she clarified in a serene voice. "But as the bearer of my dignity. As my faithful support. He does not seek my body, nor my weakness. He does not wish to possess me... only to hold me."

Andrés, although he heard nothing, felt something change. His step was firmer, Luciana's posture softer, more confident. As if the weight he carried weren't a burden, but an honor.

"He elevates me without touching me," Luciana said sweetly, almost like a prayer. "That's why I respect him... and that's why I ride him."

Esteban looked away, touched by the clarity of her words. Then he murmured:
"Let no man dare judge someone you have elevated with your respect."

Luciana smiled faintly, serene, aware of her power... and of the nobility of Andrés, her silent knight and horse, deaf to the noise of the world, but entirely attentive to her.

The whistling of the wind cut through the air as Luciana, firmly on Andrés's back, decisively lashed the reins, whipped him with the whip, and, with clear blows of her spurs, spurred him on.

"Come on, my noble steed!" she exclaimed in a vibrant voice.

Andrés, obedient and devoted, tensed every muscle in his body and began to gallop resolutely, feeling Luciana's body subtly sway on his back with each stride, firm but harmonious, as if they were one. The earmuffs still covered his ears, plunging him into a silent world, where only Luciana's warmth, her scent, and the honor of carrying her existed.

Esteban watched them walk away along the path through the trees and didn't hesitate: he ran after them.
"Luciana!" he shouted. "It's dangerous to run in this area!"

She turned her face slightly, her loose hair dancing in the wind, and let out a short laugh. Her eyes shone.
"Trust my horse, Esteban! He won't let me fall!"

And indeed, Andrés, despite his load and the uneven terrain, didn't falter. It seemed as if his strength multiplied just by having her on top of him. Luciana leaned forward slightly, her thighs closing a little more for balance, and she guided the reins with precision.

Esteban continued running, panting, but not giving up. He knew he couldn't match them, but he couldn't stop trying. It was as if in that image—Luciana galloping, majestic, atop a silent and devoted man—something profound was revealed to him, something he couldn't push away from his heart.

Re: The bride

The Riding (7)

Luciana, standing tall and firm on Andrés's back, gently pulled the reins. Her boots, firmly planted in the stirrups, tensed as she gave the command, and her horse obeyed instantly. Andrés stopped, shaken but firm, on his hands and knees, panting, sweating, but not at all exhausted.

At that moment, Esteban arrived. His breathing was labored, his face flushed with exertion. He fell to his knees before Luciana, his gaze fixed on her, and then his eyes scanned Andrés, still prostrate like a faithful steed.
"I can't believe it," Esteban murmured, amazed. "The way you ride him... how he obeyed you... how he trusted you... It's breathtaking. It's as if you were a warrior queen on her chosen steed."

Luciana looked down at him, the wind playing with her loose hair. She smiled, not with arrogance, but with sweetness and certainty. Her eyes shone with the confidence of someone who knows she is respected.
"Andrés doesn't need words to understand me," she replied softly. "He listens to me even with his earmuffs on, because he feels me... and I feel him."

Andrés, although speechless, felt his chest fill with warmth. Prostrate, his soul lifted, for for him there was no greater honor than that moment: to be proudly ridden by Luciana, who treated him with respect and affection, and before whom the others bowed, not out of fear, but out of admiration.

Luciana lowered a hand and lovingly stroked Andrés's sweaty hair. Then she looked at Esteban and added in a voice as firm as it was serene:
"Not everyone deserves to be ridden by me... but he does."

Luciana remained in her seat of dominance, sitting elegantly on the saddle that rested firmly on Andrés's back. His feet firmly planted in the stirrups, his posture upright, balanced, imposing. He held the reins with ease, though he didn't need them to impose his will: his mere presence was enough.

Luciana's hands rested gracefully on her own thighs, a symbol of her absolute control: no tension, no hesitation, no effort. It was as if the entire scene orbited around her. The wind caressed her hair as she gazed with serene authority.

Below, Andrés breathed deeply, catching his breath. His chest rose and fell under the weight of responsibility, but not of the burden. For him, carrying Luciana was an act of reverent love. He still felt the slight trembling in his legs, but his mind was at peace. He had been ridden by her, guided with precision, and now he felt Luciana upon him, like destiny fulfilled.

Esteban, kneeling, looked up and contemplated her in silence. It seemed like a scene from an ancient myth: a young lady rider in her splendor, majestically riding the chosen one among men. He dared to speak:
"Luciana... from where I stand, everything seems clear. The place you occupy, the way he serves you... this transcends play or desire. He belongs to you... being ridden by you is his way of existing."

Luciana nodded gently, without moving, her eyes gazing at the horizon.
"And I ride him," she replied in a soft voice, almost like a chant.

Silence fell again, but it was no longer a simple absence of words. It was respect, it was reverence. It was the sacred pause that follows a revealed truth.

Esteban, on his knees, slowly lowered his gaze. In front of him, Luciana's tall boots, firmly in the stirrups, showed faint traces of dust from running, but not even that could obscure her presence: slender, dark leather, with a shine that spoke of authority, elegance, and power.

Moved by a mixture of admiration, devotion, and deep respect, Esteban leaned closer. His forehead almost touched Luciana's left boot. Then, without asking permission—because he knew this wasn't boldness but reverence—he brought his lips closer and placed kisses on the aforementioned boot.

Then he repeated the gesture with his right.

Luciana said nothing. She just looked at him with a mixture of sweetness and superiority, without abandoning her haughty posture. Her hands remained on her thighs, the reins still, her body erect on the faithful mount. Andrés, beneath her, remained motionless, conscious of the moment.
"It must be so," she finally murmured, with a faint smile. True love isn't imposed, it's honored. Andrés takes me. You understand.

Esteban didn't respond. He just bowed his head again, acknowledging the obvious: Luciana wasn't just taken... she was adored.

Re: The bride

The Riding (8)

Luciana watched Esteban, kneeling before her, his forehead bowed after kissing her boots. Her voice descended like a soft, yet meaningful chant:
"Andrés does it too," she said calmly. "And others too."

Esteban looked up, surprised by the tone, more than by the words.
"Do they kiss your boots too?" he asked faintly.

Luciana nodded slightly, without arrogance, without pride, as if she were simply stating a natural truth.
"Not because I order them to," she added, "but because they feel it. Because I inspire them, and they recognize it. I ride some, I leave others on their knees. It all depends on what they deserve."

Andrés, beneath her, took a deep breath. He couldn't hear the words, because he was still wearing the earmuffs she had placed on him, but he felt the atmosphere, the tension, the respect vibrating in the air. She knew the moment was important.

Luciana gently ran a hand through her horse's hair, stroking it tenderly.

"Andrés leads me out of love, and that's why I honor him," she continued. "But true love isn't afraid to bend. True love is also expressed with kisses... even kisses on the boots."

Then she looked at Esteban once more and smiled, not mockingly, but with recognition.
"You understand, that's why you're here, at my feet."

Esteban asked, "How many did it, and since when?"

Luciana looked down at Esteban, still kneeling in front of his dusty boots, and answered in a calm but firm voice, like someone recounting events that don't need exaggeration to arouse wonder:
"Many, Esteban," she said. "More than you imagine. Some were driven by desire, others by fascination, a few by genuine devotion." But only a few understood what it means to be here." He paused, indicating with a slight movement of his boot the ground where he lay prostrate. "Only they were worthy of staying."

Esteban swallowed, attentive, almost afraid of breaking the rhythm with his breathing.
"And since when?" he repeated respectfully.

Luciana smiled, this time with a certain nostalgia. She looked at the horizon briefly, as if remembering.
"Since I was barely a child and already walking upright among adults who bowed without knowing why. Since my steps marked the rhythm in the plaza, and glances fell like autumn leaves before me. Some knelt for the first time when I was twelve. Others when I turned fourteen. And already at sixteen, some asked to kiss my boots as a privilege."

Then she looked at him again, her eyes reflecting a mixture of compassion and power.
"But the exact number doesn't matter. It's not a statistic, Esteban. It's destiny." Mine. And of those who understand it.

Andrés, still silent beneath her, felt a thrill of pride, even without having heard the words.

Esteban asked, "Did they also kiss the ground you walk on? How many? Since when?"

Luciana let out a soft, musical laugh, like a bell ringing in the warm evening air. She looked down at Esteban with a mixture of tenderness and authority.
"Did they also kiss the ground I walk on?" she repeated thoughtfully, as if savoring the question. "Yes, Esteban... they also kissed the ground. There have been those who, without daring to touch me, asked at least to prostrate themselves where I had trod. They did so as if that dust held something of my essence, as if kissing the ground my boots trod were a blessing.

She paused briefly and added, "How many? I've lost count. Since when?" Since the steps ceased to be mine and became signs. Since my walk marked paths and some decided to follow them on their knees.

Esteban leaned even closer, moved, troubled, ecstatic. Not only by her words, but by the certainty of being before a presence that surpassed everything he had ever known.

Luciana didn't move. Sitting firmly on her human horse, reins in hand, her boots shining in the fading light, she waited for Esteban to assimilate what he had heard.
"Andrés knows," she added, gently stroking the hair of the young man she was riding. "That's why he doesn't ask. He simply acts. And that's also why he is my horse."

Re: The bride

The Riding (9)

Esteban asked, "Are they also the ground on which you walk all the time? How many? Since when?"

Luciana narrowed her eyes, as if her thoughts were traveling back in time, to a memory that still made her skin crawl. The wind gently moved her hair as she looked at Esteban, still on his knees, waiting for her answer.
"Are they also the ground on which I walk all the time?" she repeated, her voice soft but full of meaning. "Yes, Esteban... they didn't just kiss my boots. They offered themselves like the ground itself. They lay before me, not to be seen, but to be stepped on... to feel the weight of my walking and thereby find meaning."
She leaned forward slightly, without dismounting, and added with an enigmatic smile, "How many? Enough to know it wasn't a coincidence. Since when? Since the day when, without saying anything, the world understood that I don't walk... I am on top."

Andrés, on his hands and knees, bowed his head with humility and pride. He didn't speak. He didn't argue. He didn't justify himself. He was ridden by her. And that was enough.

Luciana placed her right hand on one of his thighs, her left still holding the reins, and in a soft, almost confidential voice, she concluded:
"And you, Esteban... do you want to count, or do you want to belong?"

Esteban said: "Explain your question to me, please."

Luciana looked at him from the top of her mount, with a mixture of tenderness and firmness. Her boots, still shiny from recent kisses, rested in the stirrups as the sun enhanced the contours of her figure. She leaned her face slightly toward him and, in a clear voice, answered:
"I ask you if you want to continue counting how many bowed down, how many offered themselves, how many were the ground on which I walk, how many were ridden by me... or if you prefer to stop counting, stop looking from the outside... and belong."

She paused briefly and lowered her tone a little, becoming more intimate:
"Because there are those who watch my walk and ask questions... and there are those who make it possible. Andrés doesn't ask, Andrés belongs. He doesn't analyze me; he leads me as I ride. You admire me, Esteban... but do you want to look at me or do you want to hold me?"

Her fingers gently gripped the reins, and the slight movement of the leather seemed to underline her words.
"Explain to me now, Esteban... do you want to continue talking about me, or do you want to be part of who I am?"

Luciana watched him silently as Esteban, with reverence and devotion, bent his face toward the leather of the boots she wore firmly and elegantly. He kissed the leather slowly, as if each kiss confirmed his decision. Then, without her needing to command it, he ran his tongue over the soles, tasting the dust from the road she had trodden.

She didn't move. She remained seated in the saddle, the reins in her hands, her thighs firm beneath his palms, her bearing erect and majestic. Only when Esteban finished did she speak:
"Now you're no longer just a witness..." she said in a serene, almost maternal voice. "You've stopped asking."

Her words weren't mocking or cold. They were the confirmation of something inevitable. He had already crossed the threshold.
"Look up, Esteban. Do you understand now?"

Esteban replied, "Yes," as he continued licking the soles of Luciana's boots.

Luciana looked down at him, with a mixture of tenderness, pride, and dominance. She didn't stop him. She let him continue.

Esteban, kneeling, didn't just lick the soles of Luciana's boots: he revered them, as if he understood that they bore the mark of her gait, the weight of her presence, the symbol of that which others could only observe from afar. He was no longer looking from afar. Now he was there, beneath her.

"Then," Luciana said in a soft but firm voice, "you know why they do it. Not for the boots. Not for the leather. Not for the soles. They do it for me."

She gently turned her wrists, making the reins creak slightly, and with a light pressure on the stirrups, she adjusted her posture in the saddle. "And now that you know, Esteban... tell me: would you do it again, even if no one saw you? Even if I didn't say anything?"

Almost without thinking, Esteban asked, "What would I do again?"

Luciana looked down at him, serene, firm, beautiful. Her lips curved into a smile that wasn't mocking, but certain.
"This," she said, barely moving a boot, the one he had just kissed and cleaned with such devotion. "Would you do it again? Even if no one asked you to? Even if there was no reward, no promise, no eye to see you? Would you do it just because you understand who I am?"

There was a moment of silence.

"Would you do it," she insisted, "just for love, Esteban?"

The wind blew gently, raising a wisp of dust. The sun cast long shadows. She, on her mount, looked like a queen judging the soul of a subject.

And then, she waited for his answer.

Re: The bride

The Riding (10)

Esteban replied: "Yes, I would do it again, even if no one saw me, even if you said nothing, even if no one asked me, even without a promise of reward or a glance, only out of love."

Luciana looked at him silently for a moment, and her eyes shone with a contained, deep emotion. Her chest rose and fell gently, and then, with a slight gesture of her hand, she loosened the reins of her mount.
"Then you are free, Esteban," she said in a soft but firm voice. "Not because you are no longer at my feet, but because you have chosen to be. Not out of duty, but out of love. And love, when it is real, does not chain... it reveals."
She leaned slightly toward him from her mount, and for a moment her shadow covered him, like a cloak.
"You know who I am," she continued, "and that is why you honor me, not because of what I demand, but because of what I inspire. That is why... I accept you."
She extended her hand, open, like someone offering A promise or a truce.
"Stand up, Esteban. Not because you'll stop serving me... but because you've earned the right to do so fully, without shame, without empty submission. Only with truth."

Luciana removed the earmuffs from Andrés's head, straightened her posture in the saddle, firmly grasped the reins with one hand, and with a slight click of her tongue, ordered:
"Onward, my faithful mount."

Andrés obeyed instantly. His body, although still breathing heavily, stirred with renewed energy. The echo of his footsteps rang out rhythmically on the ground, and the faint clink of the stirrups accompanied the sound, almost like a ceremonial march.

Luciana didn't look back. Her boots rested comfortably in the stirrups, her thighs firm in the saddle, her bearing erect and majestic. Her hair stirred in the wind as she moved forward, a picture of power and Elegance.

Esteban stood up silently. Still with the taste of dust and leather on his lips, he lowered his head for a moment, like someone who finally understands his place. Then, he began to walk behind her, without anyone ordering him to, without her calling him, but guided by an inner certainty more powerful than any command:

Luciana was his center. And following her was the only thing that made sense.

The three of them advanced: Luciana, her horse, and the young man who admired and loved her.

Luciana, with her eyes straight ahead and the bearing of a Queen Rider, gently stroked her horse's neck as she said in a clear and firm voice:
"From now on, Esteban is part of my herd."

Hearing her, Andrés whinnied loudly, a vibrant sound that echoed in the dry evening air. It wasn't just any whinny: it had a timbre that combined joy, approval... and pride. As if the being carrying her felt honored to see another human being acknowledged and accepted under her wing. Luciana's authority.

She gave a half smile, without looking back.
"She knows," she said to herself, referring to her horse. "And she accepts it."

Esteban, hearing the declaration, paused for a moment. Part of her herd? He felt a mixture of awe, confusion, and a sudden warmth that welled up from deep within. It was like being officially appointed, not just as a follower, but as part of something larger, something alive, something ruled by her.

Without a word, he continued walking behind Luciana, now with a new sense of belonging in his heart.

Esteban asked, "How many are in your herd?"

Luciana turned her face slightly, without halting her horse's pace. The late-afternoon sun illuminated her serene yet commanding features, and her voice rang with that unique blend of sweetness and dominance that characterized her:
"More than you imagine, Esteban... but fewer than would like to be."

She paused, letting the The wind carried her words, then added with a barely perceptible smile:
"Some have been here for years, others joined this month. Some are ridden by me, others serve me in other ways. They all know who I am... and to whom they belong."

Then he looked down at his shiny boots, as if remembering something.
"And each one came by their own choice. No one forced, no one without a cause... all because of something they saw in me. Like you. Isn't that so?"

The trot of her horse continued smooth and steady. Esteban didn't respond immediately. He felt that his question had opened a door, and that the answer he received, though shrouded in mystery, had brought him even closer to the heart of the herd he now shared.

Luciana said, "Do you remember the stable at my house?" Esteban replied, "Yes, the stalls are comfortable, they have a ring to tie the reins and doors to protect the mounts." Luciana said, "That's where I keep my herd's horses." Esteban She shuddered.

Luciana didn't look back, but her voice, firm and warm, floated in the air as if she knew exactly what her words were about:
"There they sleep, there they rest, there they wait... when I'm not riding them or when they're not serving me in other ways. Each position has a name, and each name a story."

Esteban swallowed. A shudder ran through his body as he imagined that stable, quiet and orderly, with each stall occupied by someone like him, with reins and gates... with obedience and waiting.
"Is there room... for one more?" he asked, almost in a whisper, unsure if it was his voice or his desire that spoke.

Luciana smiled, satisfied. Her horse whinnied softly, as if it had also heard the question.
"Since you joined my herd, Esteban, you already have your place. You just need to learn when to enter... and when to leave."

Re: The bride

The Riding (11)

Night had fallen over the countryside, and under the soft moonlight and the flickering of distant lanterns, Luciana shone with an almost supernatural presence.
She wore a short black leather coat, fitted to her curvaceous figure, revealing a dark sleeveless top beneath that hugged her torso, revealing the firmness of her breasts and the elegance of her wasp waist. Her tanned, cinnamon-toned skin took on a warm glow in the dim nightlight, as if the inner fire that fueled her had become visible.
She wore tight-fitting riding leggings in a deep burgundy shade that highlighted the generous shape of her hips, her wonderful buttocks, and the thickness of her thighs. Her figure was a magnet impossible to ignore.
But the most striking thing were her boots: shiny leather, black as night, with high, sharp heels. They rose to just below her knees, fitted with precision, and reflected every spark of light with haughty elegance. Despite the terrain, she rode with poise, each jingle of her spurs as they struck her horse echoing her dominance and beauty.
Her straight brown hair fell over her shoulders like a dark waterfall, slightly ruffled by the night wind. On her face, her calm smile and bright eyes spoke of confidence, power, and serenity.
Luciana, in the middle of the night, was not simply a visible figure. She was the dominant presence, the one everyone stared at without daring to interrupt. Around her, the darkness was only a backdrop to make her splendor stand out even more.

Esteban held the lantern firmly, its light silhouetting figures in the darkness of the road as the silence of the night enveloped everything around them. With each step, his boots treaded carefully, attentive to Luciana's movements.

Then, without warning, Luciana leaned toward her horse, gently covered Andrés's eyes with a soft, dark cloth, and said in a voice that was both sweet and commanding:
"Don't be afraid. I will guide you."

The horse—strong, docile, devoted—didn't protest. It simply remained still, waiting for the first command. Esteban watched in amazement: without seeing, he trusted.

"To the left," Luciana instructed with a tug on the reins.
The horse obeyed.

"One more step... now straight... stop," she said, each word with a precision that brooked no doubt. Each command was accompanied by the use of reins, whip, and spurs.
Andrés, blind, moved forward without stumbling, as if Luciana's commands were his own eyes. It wasn't just obedience; it was faith. Absolute, blind, unwavering faith. Luciana smiled, pleased. She didn't just guide him—she possessed him by will.

Esteban, who rode behind, held the lantern not only to light the way, but as a silent witness to the scene: to the horse's confidence, to Luciana's authority, and to the almost sacred bond that united them.

In that darkness, she was the true light.

Luciana straightened her posture on her horse, with the elegance and command that came naturally to her. Night had completely fallen, and the silence was almost reverential. She no longer needed to speak. Her authority was such that a gesture, a pressure, a touch was enough for her will to be fulfilled.
She lightly tightened the reins to the right. The mount turned docilely. Then, a light caress with the whip on the human animal's thigh, firm but measured, was enough to quicken the pace. Finally, a brush of her spurs on Andrés's flanks was enough for his horse to trot vigorously, obeying without hesitation. Every action was precise. There was no hesitation, no resistance. Only immediate, almost instinctive obedience. Luciana didn't need words, because she had trained her horse beyond the physical: she had trained him in sensitivity, in devotion, in the art of understanding her without her having to speak.

Esteban, a witness to everything, understood that what he was witnessing was more than a demonstration of control: it was a silent dance between dominatrix and beast, between will and obedience, between intelligence and blind faith. He was overcome by a mixture of admiration, respect… and longing.

Luciana, without turning around, knew he was watching. And without saying anything, she smiled.

Esteban asked: "Will I be like this?"

Luciana turned her face slightly, just enough for the faint moonlight to outline her smile. From atop her horse, her figure radiated a serene authority, an imposing, almost ethereal beauty. Esteban's question had emerged as a whisper laden with emotion, a mixture of wonder, surrender, and desire.

"Will I be like this?" he repeated, not daring to look directly into her eyes.

Luciana didn't respond immediately. First, she gently tugged on the reins, causing her horse to stop respectfully and remain motionless. Then, she turned in her saddle and looked at Esteban with a warm but firm intensity.
"Do you desire this, do you long for this?" she asked, her voice soft but unwavering, as if by uttering those words she had drawn a threshold between before and after.

Esteban felt everything around him dim, the night, the earth, even the air suspended before that question. It wasn't a mockery. It was a serious invitation, an open door to a world where one's sense of self merged with obedience, with belonging, with reverent service to a lady who inspired total surrender.
He lowered his head, not out of shame, but in recognition. His voice was barely a whisper.
"Yes... I wish it. I long for it."

Luciana nodded slightly, satisfied. The smile on her lips was now broader, proud, softer... and definitive.

Re: The bride

The Camp (1)

As soon as they arrived at the training camp, the atmosphere changed. The lights of torches and lanterns created a solemn, almost ritualistic atmosphere. The priest was waiting for them under a high, beige canvas awning, surrounded by other instructors and family members seated respectfully.

The priest approached Luciana and, with a slight but sincere bow, said:
"Please, first you will participate in the indoctrination for Dad, Mom, godfather, and godmother."

Luciana nodded respectfully and, with methodical calm and a firm gesture, rode her horses—Andrés and Esteban—to the stable area. Each step resonated with authority and elegance, her spurs marking a soft metallic rhythm that mingled with the sound of human hooves on the hard earth.

The stables were individual, carefully arranged, with metal hoops fixed to the wooden wall. One by one, Luciana guided her horses to their respective stalls. With fluid movements, she removed their saddles, hung them on the designated hooks, and firmly tied the reins of both of her horses to the iron rings located in their respective stalls. She made sure they were secure, checking the knot with a gentle pressure of her slender hands.
She locked each door, one by one, producing a soft click as each lock was secured. Her horses offered no resistance; on the contrary, they lowered their heads in submission and stillness, as if proudly accepting the honor of being part of her personal cavalry or herd.
Having completed the task, Luciana removed her leather gloves, folded them neatly, and placed them in the inside pocket of her riding jacket.

Then the priest approached, with a slow and reverent step, prostrated himself before her, kissed her boots, and said in a serene voice:
"Now your horses are safe. Follow me, daughter." They're waiting for you.

Luciana nodded wordlessly. With natural elegance, she turned and rode the priest through the lit lanterns, heading for the central area of the camp, where the indoctrination participants were already waiting: father, mother, godfather, and godmother.

As she passed, people looked at her with a mixture of awe and respect, aware that they were witnessing not only instruction, but a ceremony of power and guidance, in which Luciana was not only a disciple, but already a teacher.

Luciana rode to a tent where she changed. It didn't take long. When she emerged, her presence cut through the murmur of the place.

Luciana wore a tight-fitting, sandy-colored twill shirt with pearly buttons that gleamed faintly in the light. The raised collar and reinforced shoulder pads gave her a martial air while remaining feminine. Over the shirt, she wore a wide brown leather belt with a horseshoe-shaped metal buckle. A pair of fitted khaki riding breeches hugged her hips and thighs, reinforced in the areas of chafing. Over them, tall dark brown riding boots with discreet spurs that clinked with each step completed the ensemble. On her head, a wide-brimmed, sand-colored hat, tilted slightly to one side, cast a shadow over her dark, determined face.
She looked like a commander from another time, or another world, elegant and firm, at the same time revered and obeyed. She rode the priest again.

Eyes fell on her with a mixture of awe and devotion.
The parents and godparents lowered their gaze because they were before someone sacred. They knelt and made discreet signs of the cross.

Luciana rode firmly toward the indoctrination area, where everything was set up for the symbolic and formative act. There, the understanding of what it meant to serve, lead, and be led would be sealed.

Luciana sat majestically on the rustic bench in the center of the semicircle. She looked at everyone, and everyone looked at her. Her tight-fitting jacket and high boots emphasized her imposing figure in the simple atmosphere of the camp. She slowly crossed her legs, the sound of leather tightening filling the brief silence that had formed. A crooked smile, confident and almost mischievous, appeared on her face.

She looked at the adults in front of her. Different pairs of fathers and mothers, along with the godparents of their respective children. All adults, all accustomed to roles of authority, yet now they sat before Luciana, young and majestic, the central figure of that strange, solemn, and revealing scene.

The dim light from the fire illuminated the faces of the adults, and the sound of the wind through the trees mingled with the crackling of the firewood. Luciana kept her gaze high, her face serene, her legs still crossed, and her bearing unwavering. Her equestrian hat cast dramatic shadows over her determined expression. The adults awaited Luciana's instructions, not daring to speak before her.

Re: The bride

The Camp (2)

Then, in a calm but authoritative voice, Luciana said:
"Play. Play like children... the games you play with your partners."

The priest stood silently beside her, without intervening. He knew this scene wasn't capricious, but part of a larger pedagogy. An exercise in humility, unlearning, surrender.

There was a brief hesitation. The words resonated like a disconcerting echo, almost as if time had gone backward and traditional roles had been reversed.

Luciana's gaze wasn't mocking, but demanding and clear, as if she were guiding a deeper lesson, a test of obedience and detachment from the ego.
"Play," Luciana repeated gently, but with undeniable force. "Play like children... the games you play with your partners."

A murmur of doubt swept through the group like a breeze. Some fathers looked at their wives, others at the godparents, and vice versa. The pairs were formed: husband and godmother, wife and godfather, each with their spiritual counterpart. The rules hadn't been clearly established, but no one needed further instructions. The essentials had been said.

Luciana watched them with a mixture of gentleness and firmness. She knew that behind the game lay something deeper: an act of humility, a symbolic break with pride, an acceptance that everyone, even the most serious adults, can be guided, shaped, and challenged.
"Yes," Luciana added gently, leaning an elbow on the back of the chair and lifting her chin, "look at each other and play. I'll watch."
"Don't be afraid of making fools of yourself," she added. "Ridicule is just a way of shedding your ego."

Little by little, the adults, some blushing, others giggling nervously, began to move. At first timidly, then with ease, simulating playful, simple, even absurd gestures, but imbued with the obedience and profound respect that Luciana commanded without ever raising her voice. Suppressed laughter, knowing glances, hesitant steps at first. A mother twirled in circles as if dancing with her friend. A father pretended to stumble and be picked up by the godmother. They knelt, stood up, and chased each other in symbolic games that evoked innocence, but also submission and trust.

Meanwhile, from her seat, Luciana watched them without losing her elegance or composure, like a teacher contemplating the beginning of a transformation. She didn't judge, she simply guided. And in that act, they learned.

Luciana clicked her tongue; the boys stopped where they were.

The ladies looked around, surprised by the precision and speed with which the men had reacted. Some were on their knees, others on all fours, and still others simply lying face down, as if an invisible power had paralyzed and directed them. There were no shouts or commands, only the slight click of Luciana's tongue… and the bodies obeyed.

Luciana, still sitting cross-legged, calmly regarded them. Her demeanor was serene, her smile light but confident. She elegantly raised a hand and, addressing the women, explained:
"Do not be alarmed, do not be afraid. The men present only obeyed the click of my tongue."

The ladies, still silent, slowly nodded. Some exchanged glances, as if understanding that what they had witnessed was not violence or senseless submission, but something deeper: a symbol of respect, of recognition for the central figure of that gathering.

"They're not hurt," Luciana added tenderly. "They're at peace. They know who I am."

Then Luciana stood up slowly, walked firmly between the motionless men, and stopped in front of one kneeling. Gently, she stroked the man's hair and pushed his head down. He knelt and kissed her boots.
Luciana said, "See? They're fine. There's no punishment here, only play and order."

Re: The bride

The Camp (3)

Luciana headed toward a man lying alone in the clearing, barely raised from the ground like a forgotten altar. Upon reaching him, she climbed up with ease without pausing, letting her heels gently click on him. The scene captured everyone's attention: the young figure on that stone evoked an ancestral, almost ceremonial image.
Luciana calmly walked all over the man, from one end to the other, her heels tracing firm paths on his skin. Her figure stood out against the night, her hips swaying with that hypnotic rhythm that no one tried to ignore anymore. Then, slowly, she lowered herself into a squatting position.
There, leaning over, she placed her hand on the man's head. The pads of her fingers stroked his hair with reverent delicacy. Her eyes fixed on him.
"You've also borne weight," she whispered, barely audible, with a half smile. "You've felt footsteps, bodies, struggles above you... like them." And without looking, she gently pointed her finger at the still men, motionless like obedient statues.
The breeze lightly moved her hair, and for a few seconds everything was silent, as if time itself held its breath at the scene.
Luciana, unhurried, stood up. The heel of one of her boots made a soft click on the man's head as she straightened. Then she stepped down and stood in front of him, placing her hands on her hips. He kissed her boots.
Luciana's power was evident, but so was her mastery of the moment, of symbols, of the play of gestures that wordlessly united and guided those present. In that scene, there was no humiliation. There was recognition.

Luciana stomped on the man again, her back erect and her hands resting loosely on her hips, projecting an image of serene control and absolute confidence. The night breeze gently stirred the folds of her tight blouse, and the shine of her heels stood out in the dim light.
"If you like," she said, addressing the ladies with a friendly smile, but with that subtle tone that brooked no disobedience, "you can climb on top of this man and walk all over him. Then tell me your impressions."

The ladies looked at each other, some with curiosity, others with a hint of restrained respect. It wasn't a simple invitation: it was a way of sharing an experience that Luciana had already charged with meaning. A way of putting herself in his place, even if it was just for a few steps.

The man, once unimportant, now seemed like a catwalk, a pedestal. To climb on top of him wasn't just to step on him: it was to accept something deeper, almost symbolic.

Luciana gracefully descended, yielding her place. "Come up," she added gently. "It's not just a surface. It's... presence. Walk calmly. Feel what it's like to be up there."

And one by one, some of the ladies grew more courageous. Heels, soles, even bare feet began to roam the man's body, while others watched silently, their eyes somewhere between surprised and attentive, as if waiting to discover what it was that only Luciana seemed to have understood first.

One by one, the ladies climbed down from the prone man, and as they did so, they shared what they had felt, still touched by the experience that, without knowing why, had moved them.
"At first I thought it was just a man lying down," one of them said, touching her chest, "but I felt as if I was being watched. As if, being up there, something inside me had to stand up straighter."
"My feet trembled," another, younger one, said. But not out of fear... it was as if he were asking me to be firm, as if I had to show that I could be there, that I was worthy.
"I felt the opposite," a third chimed in softly. "I felt light. As if by walking on him, everything that weighed me down inside dissipated. As if he took my burden for a moment."
An older woman nodded gravely:
"This man... he transforms us when we step on him. He demands our presence. I understood why you, Luciana, stood on him with such confidence. He's not just a man: he's proof."

Luciana listened attentively, her arms now crossed, her eyes scanning each of their faces with a subtle but proud smile. She seemed satisfied. Not because she had been understood, but because she knew that something in each of them had changed.
"Thank you for trusting me," she finally told them. "He doesn't judge. He only reveals."

And then the silence became brief, before they began to talk to each other more freely, more confidently, as if having stepped into that place had given them permission to discover themselves... or to look at each other in a different way.

Re: The bride

The Camp (4)

Luciana, with her bearing like a young queen in the dim light of the night, walked gracefully to where a man sat on all fours. She observed him for a moment with tenderness and determination, and then, naturally, placed a hand on his back.

"You're beautiful," she murmured, stroking his neck affectionately. "Sweet and strong at the same time, as good companions should be."

Luciana bridled and saddled him, then elegantly placed a boot in the stirrup and, without apparent effort, mounted the animal, settling into the saddle with the ease of someone who knows how to dominate without needing to impose herself abruptly. Once atop the horse, she straightened her back, her high-heeled boots snug against the man's flanks, and the reins soft but firm in her hands.

The man snorted slightly, but didn't move. Luciana leaned forward and stroked its mane, a gesture full of trust and complicity.
"Calm down," she whispered, almost as if the animal could fully understand her. "I won't take you far; I just want you to feel my control."

The group present watched her with respect and a hint of wonder. Riding like this, caressing the animal like a beloved friend, Luciana didn't just seem like a young woman riding a man: she was the embodiment of a serene and dominant presence, a figure who knew how to rise above without crushing, to lead without forcing.

She led the pony forward a few steps, unhurriedly, allowing herself to be seen, presenting a scene that would remain etched in the eyes of those who watched her. Because even in a game, in a simple gesture like stroking a ponyboy's mane, Luciana conveyed the same thing as always: dominance, gentleness, and a dignity that inspired obedience and admiration.

Luciana dismounted majestically, then, with steady grace, approached the man again. He, now familiar with her presence, remained still and docile. With confident movements, she took the reins, placed one foot in the stirrup, and eased herself onto the animal's back. Her high-heeled boots fitted precisely, and the faint jingle of her spurs signaled the beginning of her dominance.

With the whip in one hand and the reins in the other, Luciana straightened her back and raised her chin, imposing a majestic figure. She applied a gentle pressure with her legs and a touch of her spurs. The pony responded obediently, advancing with a firm stride.

The ladies watched in silence, fascinated by the natural control she exerted, as if the man were an extension of her will. Every movement of the whip was measured, symbolic; The reins precisely marked the direction, but it was her presence, her composure, that truly guided the animal.

Luciana rode unhurriedly, circling the group like someone tracing circles of authority. From that height, she spoke in a serene but unwavering voice:
"It's not about strength, but about connection... about knowing you deserve your place," she said, while her mount obediently followed her every command. "And when that happens, there is no rebellion, only harmony."

The silence became reverent. The ladies understood they were witnessing more than just an equestrian scene. Luciana, without saying it, was teaching them how to lead—not only an animal, but also their own destinies.

Luciana gently tugged on the reins and stopped the pony with a light pressure of her spurs. Then, with dazzling grace, she leaned her torso slightly forward, removed her foot from the stirrup, and dismounted the horse with a fluid, light yet firm movement, as if stepping from a throne.

As her boots landed on the ground, she stood up fully, still holding the reins elegantly. Her gaze slowly scanned the ladies present, and in a soft but authoritative voice, she said,
"Whoever wishes may ride."

She extended the reins forward, making it clear that this was not an order, but an invitation: an opportunity to experience not only the act of riding, but what it represents—the connection, the mastery, the harmony.

The silence was profound for a few seconds. The ladies looked at each other, some intrigued, others timid, others feeling a calling they could not explain in words.

Luciana, with a slight smile, added,
"The experience is not in being led, but in understanding what it means to be obeyed without resistance."

A lady stepped forward.

Luciana looked approvingly at the lady who had stepped forward. Without another word, she calmly approached, placed the reins in her hands, and, with a soft, confident smile, said,
"He's your ponyboy."

The brief but powerful phrase resonated deeply. It wasn't just a surrender of the horse, but a gesture of trust, of shared leadership. The lady held the reins with both hands, feeling not only the leather between her fingers, but also the symbolic weight of the act.

Luciana nodded slightly and added, in a serene tone, "Look at it. It breathes with you. If you understand it, it will take you wherever you want."

The rest of the ladies watched in silence, impressed by the bond that seemed to develop there, between the animal, the new rider, and Luciana, who stood erect, hands on her hips, radiating dignity and confidence.

Re: The bride

The Camp (5)

The first lady mounted and led the man using reins, whip, and spurs. She, having already dismounted, her cheeks flushed with emotion, tenderly stroked the ponyboy's neck and said:
"I never imagined such a noble creature could respond like that... I felt his strength under my control, but also his will, his attention. It was like a dance... a dance in which I set the rhythm."
She looked at Luciana, grateful, and nodded respectfully.

Luciana smiled approvingly and then, in a clear, vibrant voice, asked as she scanned the other ladies:
"Does anyone else wish to ride?"

The silence lasted only a few seconds. Several glances passed between them, some curious, others with a touch of nervousness, but one hand finally rose. Another lady stepped forward, driven not by pressure, but by the inspiration of the moment, by the desire to feel what her companion had felt.

Luciana extended a hand toward her and, with a slight nod, said,
"Go ahead. Every step you take on him will also be a step beyond your own limits."

The second lady, upright and firm on the man's back, had guided the animal confidently, each movement of her wrists gently tugging at the reins, her spurs marking the rhythm, and the whip barely necessary. The animal obeyed docilely, aware of its rider's delicate yet firm authority.

As she dismounted, her face reflected a mixture of surprise and revelation. She turned to the others, still breathing heavily, and said,
"I felt something I didn't expect... it wasn't just mastery over a living being, it was also a dawning awareness of myself. Balance, confidence, power... are within us. I just needed to feel it."

Luciana nodded, satisfied, her eyes shining with serene pride. She addressed the group of women again, and with a gentle but confident smile, repeated:
"Does anyone else want to ride?"

Her open and welcoming question was like an invitation to cross a threshold: not only into the experience of riding the pony, but into the discovery of a newfound personal confidence. Several women exchanged glances, and a third began to advance.

One after another, the ladies dared to ride. Some cautiously at first, others naturally from the start, but all ended up riding firmly, guiding the man safely with reins, spurs, and, in some cases, with the barely hinted whip.

When they dismounted, Luciana greeted them with a calm gaze, encouraging them to express what they had felt. Voices began to rise, one after another:
"It was liberating. I have never felt so much control without the need for violence."
"At first, I was afraid of falling, but by standing firm, I felt I could master anything."
"I saw myself from the outside, and I recognized myself as stronger than I thought."
"It was as if the entire world obeyed my will with just a flick of the reins."

Luciana listened silently, her arms crossed at her waist and a serene expression. She nodded, allowing each of them to recognize their own experience. Then she said softly, "You didn't just ride a pony... you rode your doubts, your limits, your fears... and you led them. That's what matters."

The atmosphere became expectant as Luciana strode confidently toward a man who had remained standing motionless: a sturdy, precisely articulated body, specifically adapted for riding. She bridled and saddled him, the reins hanging elegantly from the man's head, and the perfectly balanced saddle resting on the man's firm shoulders.

Luciana didn't hesitate. She effortlessly grasped the reins, stepped on the left stirrup with the heel of her boot, and with a nimble leap, mounted the man, gracefully positioning herself on the animal's shoulders. From above, her figure stood imposing and poised.

With pressure from her spurs and a gentle flick of the reins, the android obeyed immediately. Luciana guided him masterfully, alternating small movements with the whip to mark the rhythm. Each gesture was a combination of mastery and elegance, a precise dance between rider and horse.
The man turned, advanced, and stopped with perfect obedience. The ladies watched in reverent silence, as if witnessing something symbolic and revelatory: the harmony between will and strength, between human ingenuity and elegant control.

Luciana smiled, without losing her composure:
"My God," she said with admiration, "your creation not only obeys... it allows itself to be guided as if it understood who is in charge."

Re: The bride

The Camp (6)

Luciana halted the man with a tug on the reins and a pressure of her spurs. From high above, her gaze swept over the gathered ladies. Then, with the same elegance with which she had ridden, she withdrew the whip, released one of the reins, removed one foot from the stirrup, and dismounted with a fluid movement, upright, confident, majestic.

Once on the ground, she walked a few steps with the reins still in her hand, then turned to the others, held them delicately, and extended them forward. Her voice, clear and serene, resonated with a mixture of invitation and authority:
"Whoever wishes... may ride. He is prepared to obey when borne on the shoulders."

The ladies looked at each other. Some smiled with anticipation, others felt their hearts beat faster. This wasn't just the opportunity to ride an exceptional man. It was an invitation from Luciana. And that, in itself, was a source of pride and amazement.

One by one, the ladies accepted Luciana's invitation. With a mixture of enthusiasm, nervousness, and elegance, they climbed onto the man who seemed designed to be carried on shoulders.

Each one, as she took the reins and felt the control in her hands, experienced a different sensation: power, lightness, curiosity, admiration. The spurs set the rhythm; the whip, sometimes barely symbolic, completed the whole.

As they rode, they looked majestic, upright, their faces lit by a mixture of pride and discovery. As they dismounted, they shared their thoughts:
—“It feels… like I'm carrying the world.”
—“It's obedient… and steady. It listens to you.”
—“I never thought riding on shoulders felt so natural.”
—“I felt strong, elevated… leading with every gesture.”

Luciana listened attentively to each word, nodding, recognizing in each testimony an echo of her own experience. She smiled as she saw that this wasn't just a test of technology, but an affirmation of presence and dominance. As the bridesmaids got off, they looked at each other with fresh eyes, aware of the strength they carried within.

Luciana sat back in her seat and said to the bridesmaids: "You have stepped and walked all over a man, you have ridden a man on all fours, you have ridden on the shoulders of a man on two legs.
Now, following these three examples, the mother can play with the father and the best man; and the matron of honor can play with the father and the best man. After playing, they share their experiences.
I also developed this dynamic with the bride playing with the groom and the best man, and with the matron of honor playing with the groom and the best man, although most of the time it's the bride playing with the best man. Believe me! It's working."

The ladies listened attentively as Luciana spoke from her seat, her voice confident and her expression full of conviction. Her words, although surprising to some, were charged with playful and symbolic intent. What she proposed was not simply physical play, but a dynamic of role-playing, trust, connection, and, in a way, an exploration of boundaries and bonds in contexts where authority, tenderness, and complicity were intertwined.

The comparison between the three types of riding—on a man lying on the ground, on a man on all fours, and on a man's shoulders—was clear: different ways of lifting, of carrying and being carried, of experiencing guidance or obedience from different bodily and emotional perspectives.

When Luciana introduced the idea of the mother playing with the father and the godfather, or of the godmother doing the same, the reactions were diverse: some ladies laughed mischievously, others looked at each other with curiosity or doubt, but no one rejected the idea outright. She spoke with a mixture of thoughtful seriousness and a playful touch, like someone who has tried something unusual and discovered unexpected value in it.
"After each game," Luciana continued, "people understand each other more... or differently. And that, in many cases, is the first step toward improving relationships."

Several ladies nodded. It wasn't just a physical game, but an experience that allowed them to see the other—partner, friend, or family member—from a different perspective. The one who leads, cares; the one who is led, trusts. A balance of power, an exchange of roles, a way of speaking without words.

Luciana concluded with a smile:
"The dynamics with the bride and groom work because she feels safe and he feels useful. And when they play for real, they both learn something they didn't know they needed."

The silence that followed wasn't one of doubt, but of reflection. There was a mix of new ideas, old emotions, and the possibility that the game, more than a game, was a mirror.

Re: The bride

The Camp (7)

Luciana made a dry clicking sound with her tongue—tac!—and, as if on a rehearsed signal, the men began to move: some knelt, others got on all fours, others lay on the ground, and some prepared to carry the bear on their shoulders. It was as if they understood, without needing words, what was coming next.

With a steady gaze and a serene smile, Luciana asked them:
"Did you learn?"

They nodded silently, respectfully, some with a slight smile on their lips, others with a humble gesture of acceptance. Luciana then affirmed solemnly, but without losing that charming tone that characterized her:
"You are the ones who are trodden and ridden."

She paused, letting her words settle into each present as a truth they already knew but that was now becoming conscious. Then, energetically, she concluded:
"Slab, four legs, two legs... Ladies and gentlemen, start playing and learning!"

The atmosphere was filled with a mix of enthusiasm, curiosity, and a spark of challenge. The ladies looked at each other, some already moving toward their respective partners or family members, while the men naturally positioned themselves as bases, as support, as active participants in the game.

This wasn't a simple physical activity, but a living lesson, a staging of roles and bonds that helped strengthen trust, mutual respect, and play as a form of learning. At that moment, everyone—ladies and gentlemen—understood that it wasn't just about carrying or being carried, but about learning to know each other, to listen to each other... and to carry each other.

One of the couples participating in the "losa" game was Doña Teresa, a woman in her 52s, and her husband, Don Mauro, 55.
Doña Teresa is a respected woman in the community and the mother of three adult children. She has a firm and loving presence. That day, she wore a light green lace blouse, a long earth-toned skirt, and her inseparable leather sandals.
Don Mauro, her husband, is a man of few words but a great disposition. He wears a rolled-up cotton shirt and gabardine pants. Although his hair is gray, his eyes are still as expressive as when Doña Teresa first met him.
The game consisted of Doña Teresa slowly walking on the back of the man, who was lying face down like a human slab. It was a symbolic act of surrender and trust, and also a way to reflect on the emotional and physical support one person can offer another.
Doña Teresa gently climbed onto her husband's back. First, she placed one foot carefully; he didn't complain; then the other, and firmly, she advanced step by step until she covered the entire length. Don Mauro didn't move, firm as a pillar, even smiling when he heard his wife say:
—"Just as you've sustained me all my life."
Doña Teresa learned to physically see what her husband represented in her life: a firm ground, a foundation that was always there. She understood that sometimes we take things for granted, and that giving thanks can also be done with symbolic gestures.
For Don Mauro, being literally stepped on didn't feel humiliation, but honor. He understood that his dedication had meaning, and that his strength was valued. He then said:
—"Being ground for someone you love doesn't make you less, it makes you necessary."

Luciana, with her always attentive smile, looked at Doña Teresa with genuine interest and asked:
—Are you godparents?

Doña Teresa nodded serenely and replied:
"Yes, we are."
Then she paused briefly, as if choosing her words carefully, and added:
"We also participated in a dynamic you held for newlyweds. On that occasion, my husband threw himself to the floor like this... and our young goddaughter trampled on him."

Luciana furrowed her eyebrows slightly, intrigued by the tenderness reflected in those words.
"And what happened?" she asked softly.

"She climbed onto his back, like a child who feels secure. He didn't want her to get off. On his elbows and knees, he carried her around the room. It was as if the act symbolized that he was there for her too, not only as a godfather, but as a second father."

Luciana nodded respectfully. That scene, simple but powerful, spoke volumes:
an older man, willingly lying down to be ridden by a young woman, not as a sign of submission, but of devotion, of service, of loving responsibility.

Doña Teresa concluded:
"Sometimes men find meaning in carrying, in supporting, whether as a floor or as a horse. My husband didn't feel used, he felt useful. And she, our goddaughter, felt loved, cared for, celebrated."

Luciana, moved, commented:
"How beautiful that she didn't feel weight on his back, but purpose."

Re: The bride

The Camp (8)

One of the couples that drew the most attention during the game of riding on top of a man on all fours was Andrea and her older cousin Tomás.

Andrea is 19 years old, 1.63 m or 5'6" tall, slim but athletic, with strong legs and a narrow waist. Her hair is long, straight, light brown, tied back in a ponytail. She wears denim shorts, a sports top, and ankle boots with slight platforms. Her attitude is determined and playful, with a lively smile and a confident gaze.

Tomás is 27 years old, 1.70 m or 5'7" tall, with a strong build, a broad back, and arms marked by physical labor. His hair is short and curly, his beard trimmed. He wears a dark sweatshirt and a sleeveless shirt. He is protective, somewhat shy at first, but cooperative and committed.

During the activity, Tomás positioned himself on all fours, bridled and saddled, with his knees and hands firmly on the ground. Andrea climbed easily onto Tomás's back, carefully placing her feet in the stirrups and standing upright.
"Are you ready?" she asked him mischievously.
"Always for you, Andreíta," he replied with a half-smile.

At first, Tomás tried to throw her off with gentle movements, but Andrea remained firm. After several attempts, he gave up with a laugh and remained still, breathing heavily. She gracefully settled herself on top of him, gripping the reins.
"I beat you, cousin. You held me well."
"And you didn't relinquish control. You did it with respect."

Andrea learned that leading isn't always about dominating with force. The balance between firmness and care allowed her to remain strong without hurting or humiliating others. She discovered that her cousin respected her and considered her capable of managing the situation.
Tomás learned to relinquish control without feeling a loss of dignity. She realized that serving as a base was also an act of strength, loyalty, and affection.

For both, the game strengthened their mutual trust. It was a symbolic act: she leading gently, he holding her firmly. It wasn't just a physical game; it was a metaphor for mutual support and recognition.

Luciana, with her curious elegance and charmingly inquisitive tone, approached after carefully observing the scene. Andrea was still riding on Tomás's back, who was breathing heavily but smiling humbly.
Luciana tilted her head slightly, her eyes sparkling with mischief as she asked, as if playing with the possibility of a deeper scene than the apparent one:
"At the baptism... are you Mom and Dad, or Mom and godfather, or godmother and dad, or godmother and godfather?"

The question hung in the air like a subtle link between game and ceremony. Andrea let out a nervous laugh and jumped off Tomás's back with a nimble leap.
"No way! He's my cousin!" she said with a laugh, while smoothing her hair.
Tomás, still on the floor, looked up at Luciana with a frank smile.
"And she's the one who calls the shots when we play."

Luciana smiled enigmatically, as if she knew something the others were just beginning to discover. Then she added softly:
"Well... beyond the kinship, what I saw was a symbolic scene. Luciana on top of Tomás, he firmly beneath her. An interesting balance. Like in life: sometimes the one who leads also leans."

Andrea and Tomás exchanged a different look. It wasn't just the memory of the game; it was the awareness of what that moment had taught them. Still laughing at the previous comment, they fell silent for a moment after Luciana's new question.

Luciana, always with that mix of playfulness and wisdom, looked at them with a slightly raised eyebrow, as if she already knew the answer but wanted to hear it from their own lips.
"Now that the options have narrowed down..." she said in a mischievous but gentle tone, "Are you Mom and Godfather, or Godmother and Dad, or Godmother and Godfather?"

Tomás cleared his throat, still on his knees out of habit rather than necessity, while Andrea crossed her arms with a smile that failed to hide the discomfort of knowing they were being watched so sharply.
"Godmother and Godfather," Andrea finally replied, her voice firm and clear, as if she assumed the title with more solemnity after the scene she had just experienced.
"Although she rules like Mom," Tomás joked, which drew laughter from the small group that had formed around the conversation.

Luciana nodded with a satisfied smile.
"Makes sense," she said. "A godmother can guide with gentleness or firmness, and a godfather can support with strength or humility. Your posture reveals everything. When a goddaughter or godson sees you together, they'll know they have in you a guide who rides… and a foundation that lets itself be ridden if necessary."

Andrea looked at Tomás with renewed tenderness, while Tomás nodded with a more serious smile than before. They had come to the game for fun, but they came away with a new understanding of the symbolic bond that is built through simple but powerful acts.

Re: The bride

The Camp (9)

Then, as if the conversation had opened an invisible door between play and symbol, some of those present—especially the younger and more spirited fathers and godfathers—began to rise with renewed energy. One by one, the godfathers and fathers knelt before the bridesmaids present, and with a gesture of respect and play, offered their shoulders.

Andrea was one of the first to climb up. Tomás, still kneeling, looked at her with a smile and said:
"Do you want to climb up, godmother?"
"Of course, godfather," Andrea responded with serene elegance, standing up straight before being lifted up.
Once on Tomás's shoulders, Andrea looked up and said clearly:
"Let them know that this is not a game without purpose. It's a symbol: whoever carries, supports; whoever climbs, trusts."

Luciana, observing everything carefully, commented:
"How beautiful to see... Strength is not shown by imposing, but by sustaining." And grace is not expressed through domination, but through trust.

Some lessons floated in the air like whispers:
• Respect doesn't hinder play, it makes it deeper.
• Carrying is not humiliating if it's done out of love or gratitude.
• Climbing onto someone's shoulders is not an act of power, but of communion.

Luciana took mental note of every gesture, every glance, and perhaps also of who climbed gracefully… and who, by carrying, seemed to be where they had always wanted to be.

One of the most notable pairs in the "riding on shoulders" game was Daniela and Don Ramiro.

Daniela is a young woman in her twenties, Don Ramiro's goddaughter since childhood. Always cheerful, active, and self-confident, she is well-liked in the community. She has an infectious laugh and a clear, firm, yet sweet voice. She is of medium height (5'6"), has a tan complexion, large, expressive eyes, and long, straight, black hair that she usually wears in braids. Her body is youthful and energetic, with firm legs and a well-defined waist.

Don Ramiro is an older, robust man in his 60s, already graying, with a slow gait, but with a big heart. He is respected for his experience and patient nature. He is shorter than Daniela (5'11"), with a strong build, a broad back, and sturdy legs. He has sun-tanned brown skin and large, peasant-like hands, firm yet gentle to the touch.

That day, Daniela was dressed strikingly but decently: a wide-brimmed cream-colored hat; a fitted, sleeveless white blouse with embroidered neckline; a short denim skirt that showed off her shapely brown thighs; brown cowboy boots up to mid-calf. Colorful bracelets and earrings completed her cheerful yet assertive style.

When his turn came, Don Ramiro, bridled and saddled, knelt and then bent down further, until he was in position to receive her. Daniela settled on Don Ramiro's shoulders; she had always been there. She held the reins carefully to maintain her balance.

Daniela rode for a stretch, and although some thought Don Ramiro would no longer have the strength to hold her, she did so with firmness and pride. She laughed and waved from above, as if she were a queen.

The lessons learned were:
1. Mutual trust: The game wasn't just physical, but symbolic. Daniela climbed onto her godfather's shoulders with confidence, and he responded with confidence and affection.
2. The role of godfathers: Riding on shoulders reminded everyone that the godfather is there to lift his goddaughter up, literally if necessary, showing her the world from a higher place.
3. Intergenerational respect and affection: There was no mockery or awkwardness, only mutual admiration. The younger ones learned that respect and honor can also be expressed through symbolic play.
4. Humility: Despite his age, Don Ramiro volunteered. His act was a living lesson in selfless dedication.

Re: The bride

The Camp (10)

Luciana clapped softly, drawing the attention of those present, and said enthusiastically:
"Now we introduce the adult life bonds!"

The murmurs died down, and eyes turned to the new participants. First, two couples from the newlyweds' groups approached, followed by two more from the confirmation group. There was a solemn energy in the air, but tinged with curiosity and anticipation.

1. Wedding goddaughter with best man
A young woman named Cecilia, about 22 years old, was wearing a white outfit with floral details; she had a slender figure, tanned skin, intense eyes, and long wavy hair. Beside her was Don Ernesto, a man in his 50s, tall, strong, with a serene expression, gray hair, and a well-groomed beard.

Cecilia walked purposefully, placed a hand on Don Ernesto's shoulder, and without a word, he got down on all fours.
"My best man didn't let me fall, not even when my legs were shaking at the altar," she said as she rode on Don Ernesto's back, firm but respectful. "Today he supports me again, and I just have to trust."

The attendants nodded, moved. At the end of the round, Don Ernesto—still on the ground—said:
"You guide your goddaughter until she can walk alone... and sometimes, even beyond."

2. Bridesmaid with Godson
The next couple was Daniel, a young man of 27, well-built and with a kind gaze, and his godmother, Doña Flor, an elegant lady of about 55, with a robust figure and a sure gait.

Without waiting for instructions, Daniel knelt and placed both hands on the ground. Doña Flor, with naturalness and elegance, rode on Daniel's back.
"My godson chose me as his godmother when he decided to get engaged to a woman. I still accompany him, although I no longer carry him like I did when he was a child... Now he carries me."

The audience laughed sweetly.
"And I make him happy," Daniel replied without looking back.

Luciana whispered: "Some bonds are reversed over time, but affection remains."

3. Confirmation goddaughter with confirmation godfather
Then Natalia, 18, entered. She was dark-haired, with an intense gaze, wearing a simple dress and leather boots, along with her godfather, Don Alejandro, a tall man in his 40s, with a serious face and a deep voice.

She looked at him tenderly and asked:
"Do you remember when you said you would support me in my faith?"

Without further ado, he bent down and got on all fours. She rode Don Alejandro firmly, holding onto the reins like someone swearing by a promise.

"Confirmation wasn't just a sacrament," Natalia said. "It was a mutual promise: I won't get lost, and you won't let go of me."

The silence was total for a few seconds, until soft applause broke the moment.

4. Confirmation godmother with confirmation godson
Finally, Mireya, about 40 years old, arrived, wearing a lilac blouse, riding pants, and black boots. Beside her was Iván, 20, muscular but serene. Without her saying a word, he stood at attention. She gently straddled Iván's back.

"He doesn't know it, but since I confirmed him, I've prayed for him every day," Mireya said.

Ivan, without turning around, murmured:
"And I felt it, even though you never told me."
