I have updated my profile and tried to upload a file to the video archive again. The name of the file is WOW - Emanuelle & Jackie. I never received a completion message for the upload, it just stopped and the upload browse window that contained the file name went blank. I am hoping this means that the file uploaded successfully. If I can please receive my bonus membership, I will verify that the file is there.

Hi SS,

Your file was not uploaded, you need to have patience when uploading as it may take some time. In some cases, it will not work. You can try uploading to the ftp server instead:
ftp://bonusmember:ultimate-shoulder-rides@shoulderrides.kicks-ass.org/ (New Window)

Make sure you are using a browser that allows ftp upload. If you have, just drag and drop the file to the browser window. You can also use an ftp client. See the technical support forum for details.

Thank you for your patience and help. I was able to upload a couple of files to the ftp server. I believe that the first file that I wanted to send, WOW - Emanuelle & Jacki, may be an issue with your copyright rules. So I have uploaded two more files - WOW - 119lbs rides 100 lbs and WOW - 128 lbs and 126 lbs. I have also updated my profile as you suggested.
