Practice squats as much as possible without getting sore before the day. The more strength building exercises you can think of, the better, if you have time?
Perhaps, if you are worried, at first to have her mount from a low wall, bench, so that you can remain standing.
Have a pole for her to hold onto, or someone help balance her when getting started.
Do a few short stable rides on the first day rather than risking anything, make it a sustainable, desireable thing that will be re-occuring enough to build upto longer rides.
Eventually preparing to do the lift from the ground. The transition will be part of the excitement, maybe dont be too ambitious on the first day.
It will be an amazing thing to accomplish this weight combination! Let us know how it goes!

Is your rider a she or an he (I asked you because a man could have 190 pounds but a normal woman don´t)?
Women are lighter than men.
You are too young (16) for carrying a heavy rider.
Your rider is 78 kg. - 87 kg. and you are only 58 kg.
Your activity (carrying a 170 pounds - 190 pounds rider) is unhealthly. You´ve killed yourself.
Take care
