Hi Linda,
Install uTorrent: http://utorrent.com/downloads 
(it is absolutely free and with no adware or spyware)
Then click on any of the links in the archives section.
Click on the link in Piratebay that says "Download this torrent".
Open with uTorrent.
Note where the downloaded files will be saved and klick OK. The download will start.
